He failed as a Senate candidate. He failed as a presidential candidate. Might as well go for the trifecta and fail as a gubernatorial candidate, too, right?
Well, let’s all pray that far-left radical Beto O’Rourke crashes and burns in his bid to succeed Greg Abbott as governor of Texas.
Because if the guy wins, the Lone Star state is in a world of hurt.

Texas Democrat Robert Francis O’Rourke, commonly referred to as “Beto,” told CNN during an interview on Sunday that he wants to pursue gun confiscation if he is elected to be the state’s next governor, and he refused to say that he wanted President Joe Biden to campaign for him in the state.
“Gun control, in particular, was your number one issue in your presidential campaign,” CNN host Dana Bash said in reference to O’Rourke’s failed campaign.
Bash then played a clip from one of the presidential debates where O’Rourke declared, “Hell, yes, we’re going to take your AR-15, your AK-47.”
Bob even tried to join the hispanic caucus and was rejected because he is not even 5% hispanic.
Although given the fact he was arrested for burglary. It does not surprise me he fears guns.

Legal issues
On May 19, 1995, O’Rourke and his friends jumped over a fence at the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) physical plant, and were arrested by the UTEP police for burglary. He was held in jail overnight and posted bail the following day. He was initially charged with burglary, but prosecutors dropped the case against O’Rourke and his friends in February 1996 when UTEP declined to pursue the charges.
O’Rourke was arrested for driving while intoxicated on September 27, 1998, at 3:00 a.m. on Interstate 10 in Anthony, Texas after causing an accident and then trying to flee the scene. The charges were dismissed in October 1999 after he completed a court-recommended DWI program.
