One of the key issues that Presidential candidates Barack Obama and John McCain will be debating is that of illegal immigration. They will pooh hoo over reform and amnesty. They will consider border security. But one thing I have not heard in the discussion that is the most important aspect, and largest contributor to illegal immigration, is what they will do about businesses that employ illegal immigrants. These businesses should begin to feel political, economic, and legal pressure, in my opinion, if we ever want to truly curtail illegal immigration.

I have been watching the show "Alpha Company: Iraqi Diary" on the Military Channel this weekend. It is quite an educating and informative program. I am learning that our Marines are exceptional Warriors in addition to being compassionate and caring to the locals. They are no nonsense and execute their training exceptionally. Their focus is extraordinary and prove the fact that the Marine Corp is the greatest fighting force on earth (and this coming from an old dogfaced soldier). MIAMI -- ABC News is reporting possible inappropriate behavior by a South Florida congressman. The network said that Mark Foley of Lake Worth allegedly sent personal e-mails to a 16-year-old congressional page. The main issue with the e-mails appears to be the age of the young man to whom Foley allegedly sent the e-mails. The boy is 16. Foley is 52.

I was just watching an episode of the television show “First 48 Hours” on the A&E network that was detailing the investigation into a string of murders in Kansas City, MO. The detectives are getting leads to find the bodies of murdered prostitutes from the suspected killer; in the episode they had found five.
