(Scranton has renamed) a road the President Joseph R. Biden Jr. Expressway. Now, we can't fault a city for naming its roads, bridges, buildings, and parks after its celebrity native sons, even if some of them were not people of significant accomplishment or of noble character. But it is a proper, if maybe unintentional association that the city council should name the road that leads to the incompetent TV buffoons at the Dunder-Mifflin Office for the man who leads and shares the incompetent buffoonery that currently constitutes the United States government.

It is so sad today to see a dystopian minority, aided by a dysfunctional media establishment, a depraved polity, and a disloyal corporate class, trash all that is so good in the land wherein they fortunately but ungratefully live.

Most Americans today if under age 50 probably aren’t even aware of what happened that day, thanks to the progressive failures and equal ignorance of today’s educators, historians, politicians, and journalists. But as day dawned on June 6, 1944, the eyes and ears, hearts and hopes of the world were on these brave young men . . . Is there a next Great Generation? The augurs are not good. We have a woke generation who manifestly hates America. We have organizations (BLM, Antifa) whose purpose is to destroy America. We have media that preaches only the much-exaggerated sins of America....

Some numbers are constants, . . . They never change. For example, π (pi, 3.1416), the Ten Commandments, the Three Musketeers, 12 inches in a foot, and 11 million illegal aliens. Soon there will be millions of new voters in line with us at the polls or trying to jam handfuls of harvested ballots into the unguarded mailbox. A positive note – there won’t be a need for massive vote fraud anymore. But maybe we can try to limit the damage. If Biden and the Democrats insist that there are only those immutable 11 million illegals, then let’s limit amnesty...

So how do "We the People" regain control of the government that has been transformed into a political oligarchy of less than 500 feudal lords? We expand the Congress. A lot. Pundits and anchors will in the coming weeks lecture us on how Biden stirs up the voters in his native land, and how they love him and will back their favorite son . . . If Joe has any current connection to Scranton it might be for a role in the bizarro cast of “The Office.” He wouldn't measure up to Michael's executive skills, but he would be a good fit as a character in the pool of dithering incompetence in Scranton's fictional Dunder-Mifflin office.
