Now there are / have been a plethora of ticktock videos of radicals advocating urinating inside a police car to take it out of service. This is a question. If any person while protesting engages in property damage (which is not protect speech) and then arrested and convicted they should not be qualified for student loan programs. How does one communicate this to our elected officials? Since student loans are controlled by the executive branch, can an executive order bypass the do nothing house? Even if they are out of school, if they have loans then they should be disqualified from repayment forgiveness programs.
