In my recollection FEMA was to be the feds ways to make sure insurance companies expedited claims payments during disasters. So people could recover based on the risk mitigation they paid for and underwritten by the insurance co. Feds cannot do this disaster crap. it is local, regional and statewide and best left to volunteers like Samaritans purse that can be on location in days if not hours.

I just downloaded the voter database for Delco going to check the updates for the 2020 election (yes still fraud) It is significant in the county that there are about 5000 college students that register all dem. Altho i did see that one might have changed to republican. Dems out register republicans by about 50K or 28%

The next President of the United States may well be chosen by mail-in ballots from “full time residents of” Walmarts, gas stations, abandoned buildings, UPS locations, strip malls and churches with no bedrooms.>>> Not sure how this works as the mail in ballots are first mailed out and the addresses correspond with registered voters at least here in PA. Now the follow up recording of those ballots on the SURE systems is not being done so they can run the ballots thru multiple times in the high dem areas, Chester city, Yeadon, for ex here in delco.

There are several poll watching groups working to train and encourage several thousand republicans here around philly. They meet and train regularly hope that helps. but with the centrailized counting of mail ins it’s fairly easy to just run the democrat batches thru twice. As with all voting procedures in this country there are no audit controls within any of the voting systems. automated, paper, whatever.

Scott is a very impressive guy. I was very skeptical about his efforts early on. but the guy is for real. he has registered republicans in the collar philly counties. It’s hard to tell whether new registered voters will vote but to get the amish to do the mail is classic. no horse to rig for the carriage. and the amish do get and send mail ( i think)
