I am a college student, living in a different district from the one in which I am registered to vote. Yesterday, I received a long Census form. You would think the Census would just ask colleges to tell them how many students they have, but no. While looking over the ridiculous questions on the form, (why do they ask me how many grandchildren I have living with me, but not how many children or other relatives?) a question occured to me.
