I sent the link to this to my son who works as a developer. We have talked a lot about this subject and what he needs to do to prepare for fallout from AI. He makes a good living now but has a large mortgage and a wife and two kids so expenses are high.

Joe Allen on War Room keeps sounding the alarm but then I hear Bongino this morning saying he thinks the threat to jobs is overblown.

I don’t know what to think.

My sister worked for the Mirage Hotel here in Vegas back in the 90’s when Sigfried and Roy had their famous magic act with the white tigers.

Sometimes, in the back of house, they brought out the baby white tigers and let the employees play with them. Once, she took me back with her to see them.

Beautiful creatures but as we sadly know, they can do great harm. Liking them from a distance is wise.

I find it disturbing that a Jewish man had convinced others to go down that road considering Jews were exterminated in the Holocaust by an ideology/people who wanted to create a superior race and thought of the Jews as undesirable.

It’s appalling that anyone finds that funny.

I agree that it’s cruel and abusive.

I have a 113 pound male shepherd who’s 8 years old. We call him the gentle giant because he is so sweet. That is until he feels a threat to me, then he is the beast. He’s never harmed anyone but he has definitely backed a few people off with his bark.

He loves children and thinks all babies are his.

This story is makes me furious.

When my husband was 32 he was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphocytic lymphoma, stage 4. He spent a month in the hospital and barely survived. They removed a tumor from his throat.

He did 18 months of a chemo cocktail which was a new treatment at the time (1984). Three weeks on, one week off. It was grueling and he was wasting away.

We tried everything. Someone told us about taheebo tea also known as Pau d’ Arco. He drank a ton of it. It came in bags that looked like sticks because it was bark.

Forty one years later, there has been no recurrence of the cancer and we had two children together even though they said the chemo would cause sterility.

May God be with you and bless you both in the struggle you are facing. I pray for her healing as well as grace and strength for you as you support her through this.
