It may be a little bit dated, but there is a link to our budget in the sidebar of the donate page. it’s been there for 25 years. yes, we pay ourselves a salary. Our salaries Are the lion’s share of FR’s expenses. We have no employees. Just me and my two sons And we’re all partners. And we all three work 7 days a week 365 days a year and they are not 40 hour weeks. It’s not just a job. it’s more like a calling.
And we have no board of directors. I went that route when I took my software company public about 30 years ago. we’ll never do that again.
We’re not going bankrupt. And anytime I found myself in doubt and start worrying about finances, I have to remember that God does not want us to worry about these things. He will provide. I also have to remember that we are going into battle protected by the Armor of God, and as long as it’s his battle that we’re fighting we will be fine. It’s a battle of faith like David against Goliath. No one said it’s gonna be easy. Keep the faith.
I’d rather keep FR a noncommercial site if we can. I think that if we started taking subscriptions or advertisements or anything like that it would change the entire nature of the site. I like it that we’re a large group of concerned citizens joined together in this eternal fight for God, family, country, freedom. Thanks.
sorry about that. our old merchant account provider dumped us because of excessive card testers and excessive fraudulent transactions. and apparently we have a bad reputation now within the industry because it was very difficult to find another merchant account provider that would take us. The one we have now is pretty difficult to work with. Their software is very sensitive And very hard to adjust to. they’re very quick to lock up IP addresses. but we’re going to have to make do.
Okay Chris checked it out for me. sometimes they block a transaction and leave it in a pending file sometimes we can later process that pending file. no such luck this time. There’s nothing in a pending file so that they just blocked all of our transactions this morning.
But one came through a couple hours ago And Chris just ran a test transaction just now and it came through fine. She looks like they’ve taken the lock off her account.

Very sorry about that. Looks like we had another one of those Fraudulent card testers in this morning. To get hundreds of fraudulent transactions through but our merchant account provider caught all of them. I think it must have set off all the alarms and whistles because we went several hours where none of our transactions can get through. We got several through my paypal and there was at least one credit card transaction They came through a little while ago so maybe they’re going to start releasing us.
I’m going to ask Chris to go in and look at yours particularly to see if there’s anything we can do.
