I think it was the price increase coupled with the declining quality of the offerings. Along with Amazon Prime increasing in quality. And then there’s HBO, whose excellent Big Little Lies just ended. You can only watch so much.
I wonder if this is in response to the recent Greek election. A few months ago I read an article in Gatestone where the leader of the Greek conservatives said he’d move the embassy to Jerusalem if he became Prime Minister. I think they’re worried that if this happens there will be a series of others following suit.
I guess the moral of the story is be careful what you confess to.
A disturbingly large number of people have confessed to crimes they never committed. Always have a lawyer with you when being questioned by the cops. Cops are very good at wearing people down and getting them to say what they want them to say.
