I re-subscribed about a month or so ago and had problems with my userid which was my fault for resubscribing instead of renewing but it was taken care of in a professional and courteous manner. Today has been an experience of a different type. userid = xxxxxxxxxxxxx password = xxxxxxxxxxx your website says my account has expired and won't let me in. I re-paid for 104 weeks. Your website won't let me register a new userid or password or let me in at all....
