I remember watching it with friends in the late 80's and we burst out laughing when the Kurgan taunts the nuns in the church with his tongue hanging out. "Hello ladies!"
Recently I saw it again and the scene where he watches his wife age to Queen's “Who Wants to Live Forever” just struck me as profoundly sad.

In a recent interview with NBC, Vance endorses the abortion pill mifepristone...
That's not necessarily true, if you watch the interview. Vance says it should be a state issue, and if California wants to kill their children through abortion drugs, that's on them. Such an opinion is far from an "endorsement" of mifepristone.
...but it made me feel uncomfortable with the priesthood from then forward. I know it’s my problem, but I’ve prayed and prayed about it and just cannot feel comfortable going back.
We get one rep for ND and I’m hoping it won’t be the RINO Fedorchak. I’ll be voting for her opponent, but I’m worried North Dakotans will do what they usually do in this red state: pick the “next in line” with an R after their name.
