Okay, All I've been hearing on DU and the nightly news, was the level of protests planned against "W". Watching on C-Span today, where are they?

I have a lib screaming at me about the Republican "take over" of the entire government, complaining about how the Senate is going to change the rules for a fillibuster. I remember when we were the minority party, that democrats used to lock us out of debates, and other outragous tactics. Does anyone else remember these stunts? I'm trying to find links on the web to throw back on these idiots.

Anyone know why we can't use a FOIA request to obtain Kerry's military records? Isn't that what the MSM did to get Bush's NG records?

I know Judicial Watch has asked the Navy to investigate Kerry's medals, but as I understand it, claiming fake medals IS a crime. Has anyone filed an actual lawsuit against Sentator Kerry for his "extra" bronze stars, and the "V" on his Silver Star? These are two very obvious problems with his medal history.
