Feb 25, 2002 John Jameson a Professor at Columbia University has announced the discovery of a new fungus that destroys the THC in the Marijuana plant. Jameson reports that the new fungus may help win the war on drugs. "More experimentation needs to be done, but preliminary research is promising, we believe that the fungus will not affect anything but the THC content in the marijuana plant." Said Professor Jameson. Libertarians nationwide were said to be in shock at this discovery, and said that any release of the fungus to destroy Marijuana plants would be a violation of their constitutional...

I was wondering if any North Carolina Freepers would be interested in starting a campaign to revamp the states CCW Laws. North Carolina's CCW laws are insane. There are so many restrictions placed on permit holders here it almost makes no sense to get one. Add to the fact that North Carolina requires you to purchase a permit from the county sheriff each time you want to buy a handgun, and the 7 day waiting period on handguns, you get a southern state that is really not that gun friendly. After moving to North Carolina from Pennsylvania I was shocked...

Click here for Detailed Report!!!! From the Pittsburgh Post Gazette: GOP finds duplicate voting Friday, June 14, 2002 By James O'Toole, Politics Editor, Post-Gazette A survey by the Republican National Committee has found nearly 50,000 cases of improper duplicate voter registrations in Pennsylvania. Freep this poll. (About midway down the page.) It lets you vote multiple times. The liberals have been trying their best to run up the vote totals. Current: Did the Bush administration do enough to prevent 9/11? Yes 52% No 47% undecided 1%

Well as a brand new North Carolina Resident (Moved from PA) I can tell you that Dole is better than Erskine Bowles. I don't think Dole is worthy of the seat that Jesse Helms held so well for so long, BUT a RINO is better than a Demonrat. In Pennsylvania we had 1 Great Conservative Senator (Santorum) And 1 RINO (Specter) as bad as Specter is, he at least, would help keep the Senate in Republican Hands. Example: Let's Bowles gets elected because enough conservatives don't vote, or vote 3rd party (which is throwing away your vote.) This will negate...

Casey & Rendell in "Virtual Tie" -- Here's How & Why to Re-register & Support Casey When Roe v. Wade is overturned, the battle for the right to life of Pennsylvania's children will shift from Washington to Harrisburg. It is crucial to have a pro-life governor in office when that day comes. Without a pro-life governor, we will be unable to provide innocent children protection of law even after Roe v. Wade is no longer the law of the land. On the Republican side, pro-life gubernatorial candidate Mike Fisher is running unopposed, but on the Democratic side, polls show that...

Barron v. Mayor & City Council of Baltimore, 32 U.S. 243 (1833) Opinions Mr. Chief Justice MARSHALL delivered the opinion of the court. The judgment brought up by this writ of error having been rendered by the court of a State, this tribunal can exercise no jurisdiction over it unless it be shown to come within the provisions of the 25th section of the Judiciary Act. The plaintiff in error contends that it comes within that clause in the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution which inhibits the taking of private property for public use without just compensation. He insists that...

PETITION FOR WRIT OF CERTIORARI TO THE COURT OF CIVIL APPEALS (In re: D.H. v. H.H.) (Jefferson Circuit Court, DR-99-1301; Court of Civil Appeals, 2991129) HOUSTON, Justice. This Court granted the petition for certiorari review filed by H.H. I hate to look on the dark side of things, but I am seeing more and more each day, that Conservatives are losing America. You can see it all around you. The Highest Number of College Freshmen since the Vietnam war now call themselves liberal, an obvious product of the indoctrination of the Public High School System. The Sodomite Agenda is being advanced like a steamroller almost without any real opposition. Abortion on demand continues today just as it did when it started in 1973. The Real Hardcore Conservatives are slowly dieing out as a political force as the hardcore ...

I was pondering something for a few days. How long do we have before liberals succeed in taking over America? Don't think it is going to happen? Think that after Sep 11th we are okay? Think about this. Liberals destroy the places that they live, then when things get bad, they move to places that haven't been touched by their communist/atheist/marxist ideology. Problem is, they bring their sick anti-American ideology with them to the new place, and they corrupt it as well. Let's look at a few Examples. Florida Florida used to be one of the most Republican States in ...
