Has anyone given any thought to the impact outsourcing of high paying professional jobs will have on the housing market? As a loan officer and previous hi-techie who got cast aside, I have to wonder what the outsourcing trend will do the housing values, especially in Kalifornia. When one's Debt to Income becomes too high, then they cannot get a loan to buy houses. Bankruptcy is not an option since there is normally a 4 year waiting period after the BK has been discharged.
