Trumps legal defense need not rest on immunity but on the facts. There was no insurrection, no call to violence by the president, no armed resistance, and no attempt to change the outcome of an election, but the lawful attempt to protect the election from unlawful voting and false counting. J6 was an enthusiastic, even rowdy, patriotic, yet peaceful demonstration that was infiltrated by those who with malice and forethought sought to disturb the peace with violent confrontations. The violence was not the result of Trump, but the democrat party and their apparatchiks. The reason for the violence was to blame it on Trump and those who opposed the democrats election theft by equating doubting the election result and media narrative with a revolution and coup.

The party in control has no sense of justice,(just bake the cake) no shame (abortion legal up to preschool graduation)and worse they know that we know it and so they just stick in our faces and gloat. Pot heads don’t know and don’t care they are more than a mile high and just hoping taco bell is still open.

So my advise to Jr is either join in or get out of the way, this needs to happen.

The stockholders need to sue for the boards ignoring of their fiduciary responsibilities. The distributors need to sue for breech of trust. The employees need to sue for criminal mismanagement. The snowball needs to get rolling and gain momentum. AB can become a symbol of corporate suicide or AB could man-up and denounce wokism with gusto and issue a sincere apology demonstrating contrition, regret and remorse for caving into the spirit of the age instead of standing firm for historic American values. We certainly don’t need conservative-lite at this crossroads, we need a decisive win.

The “Restrict Act” should be rebranded as the “Big Brother Act” because truth in advertising matters. The bill could make using a vpn illegal because it attempts to hide communications from Big Brother. Big Brother needs to make sure you are not selling secrets to foreign leaders, that is their job not yours. By using tic tok you could be reducing the profit in government subversive business practices with their “free market” surrogates. Like any other business, crime pays better when the scarcity of criminal activity leveraged.

They punish honesty by increasing prices to subsidize the losses due to theft. Meanwhile the thieves are getting tax breaks on all they steal and resell. You always get more of what is subsidized and less of what is punished. We are on a downward spiral where bad character is rewarded causing honest virtue to decline.

They are in fact saying that the boycotters are un-American for not wrapping Dylan Mulvaney in the flag. The two insults taken together, the non-apology and hence the affirmation of the trans freak; plus the cynical appeal to patriotism is a new level of contempt for their customers. To aggravate the matter even more they think that we won’t notice their pathetic manipulations. It’s not that they are stupid, it that they are evil elites who disdain our values.

Seems to me that putting to death those who sexually abuse children is social-justice. If that abuser is a perv in their orientation then they are not only committing a crime against a child but against nature and nature’s God so double the aggravation. The cancer must be removed, capital punishment is the scalpel.

I tell them of my own children’s “church friends” 4-H and clubs. In short order I explain to them that parent supervised and limited socialization leads to the best outcomes for a child’s social development, why just look at a public school and ask: “How’s that working out?”
