Budweiser has released a new patriotic advertisement as its parent company struggles with controversy over its endorsement partnership with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney.
The advertisement, which was released on social media Friday, features one of Budweiser’s famous Clydesdale horses traversing the country from New York City to the Grand Canyon, passing by scenes in the American heartland as a narrator delivers a patriotic message.
This is a story bigger than beer,” the ad’s narrator says in the ad. “This is the story of the American spirit.”
As the ad plays, the Clydesdale horse passes by some of the most famous American landmarks, showcasing the New York City skyline, the Lincoln Memorial in Washington DC, small towns, and farmland.
At one point, the ad showcases two people raising an American flag as one places her hand over her heart.
“Brewed for those who found opportunity in challenge and hope in tomorrow,” the ad’s narrator says as the horse passes by the flag raising duo and the Lincoln Memorial.
The patriotic ad comes as Anheuser-Busch, which owns Budweiser, continues to deal with backlash over a partnership between another one of its popular brands, Bud Light, and Mulvaney.
Anheuser-Busch has suffered a financial hit as calls to boycott its brands have spread across the country, with one Missouri bar owner telling Fox Business last week that sales of bottled Bud Light dropped 30%, while draft sales dropped 50%.

So AB makes a commercial that replaces a woman with a man (I guess he was the best looking “woman” they could find that actually drinks their beer). They get backlash and instead of doing a commercial that has a real woman they replace the woman with a horse. AB thinks that the best women are either trans or a horse. I guess AB doesn’t like real women.

Well said. I concur with your observations, even though as nearly 35 years sober, I’m not a customer anyway. I noticed an alpha male dominated Budweiser product ad as I perused the ballgames this weekend. They know exactly what they have done and think that the NY skyline, Abe Lincoln, and a couple of plaid shirted men will fix it. PITIFUL.
If they want me as a customer, they must
1. Fire the bitch who hired Mulvaney
2. Fire Mulvaney
3. Issue a lengthy apology, over and over
4. Promise to never be Woke again.
5. Promote the NRA, Donald Trump, GOP in their ads.
So they are promoting beastiality now?
Wonder if the VP for Bud Light wrote, directed and/or approved the new ad. Is she doing interviews?

We all knew they were going to come out waving the American flag. Next up they will show George Washington crossing the Delaware, Abraham Lincoln signing the Emancipation Proclamation, Martin Luther King giving his I have a dream speech, aircraft carriers, stealth bombers, and Neil Armstrong on the moon.
They insult 95% of the population and they think that waving the flag will make it all nice.
I've actually been there. Nice brewery facility. I was there almost 20 years ago doing an audit on AB. Just one of many cogs doing the audit. Been out of the audit business for more than a decade. Too much politicking going on. One thing that impressed me was their attention to quality control and taste. Love it, hate it, or simply don't care, their goal was to ensure a Bud sold in Yankee Stadium tasted the same as one sold at Talladega or Laguna Seca, or Albertson's in Boise.

Tell your friends and family. Let’s keep up the pressure. There are MANY excellent alternatives. Let’s use AB as a lesson to other companies that want to promote transgenders the same as biological men and women. They aren’t and never can be. I’m sick and tired of it. We MUST push back, and this is one non-violent way to protest the choices these companies are making. There are more of us than there are of them.

At the supermarket yesterday, Food Lion in Eastern NC. Observed Coors and Miller had some decent sales. Bud and Bud Light completely stocked. This was Sunday afternoon so I know the distributor had not been recently.
You can lead my redneck brother...funny thing is I used to make REALLY GOOD BEER. He would drink it till it was gone then start back on Budlite. Some people have no frikken class!
