There is a product used by exterminators called CB-80 that you can sometimes find in wildlife management/farming supply catalogs and websites. It's a fine particulate fog that gets in all the nooks and crannies that these little buggers hide. Wear a mask or respirator, fog the whole place, and leave for the day.
Funny you should mention that big red tractor manufacturer. We walked on them as well when they wanted us to make wiring harnesses for less than material cost to keep the business from going to China. A new contract and a simple line re-tooling and we were up and running with a new customer and making better profits as well.

The Southeast is the new hot bed for supplier/transplant operations. Favorable tax structures and a break from the rust belt union mentality make it the place to be these days. As for Hyundai, I've not looked there enough to have an informed opinion.
