Gov. Brian Kemp (R-GA) is ready to put his “political machine” behind former President Donald Trump in Georgia, according to Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC). Graham told Fox News’s Hannity Thursday night that he attended a fundraiser in Atlanta on Wednesday, where Kemp vowed to aid Trump in the Peach State against Vice President Kamala Harris. “When [Kemp] spoke, the first thing out of his mouth, he looked at everybody in the room and said, ‘I want Donald Trump to win Georgia. I’m all in for Donald Trump. I’m going to give him my political machine,'” Graham recounted “I’ve got a...

ATLANTA—Republicans need to set aside past grievances and unite to win the presidential election in November because America cannot withstand four more years with radical Democrats in the White House, Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp said Friday. Kemp spoke at radio talk-show host Erick Erickson’s The Gathering conference on Friday morning in Atlanta, days after former President Donald Trump called fellow Republican Kemp “a bad guy,” “a disloyal guy,” and “a very average governor.” The rift began when Kemp refused Trump’s request to hold a special legislative session to investigate the results of the 2020 presidential election in Georgia. “With a...

Donald Trump’s supporters claimed Rod Stewart’s recent bout with strep throat is “karma” for mocking the former president’s complexion. The “Maggie May” singer took to Instagram Wednesday to announce that he was “absolutely gutted” to cancel his 200th Las Vegas residency show hours before he was due on stage. “I’m desperately sorry to miss this 200th show celebration,” Stewart, 79, wrote. “Most people can work with strep throat but obviously not me. I’m absolutely gutted. I’ve been looking forward to this concert for so long,” he continued. “My deepest regrets for any inconvenience this has caused.” While many fans wished...

National political polls are struggling to grapple with the revived Democratic presidential ticket, but two that have been updating regularly show an advantage for former President Donald Trump over Vice President Kamala Harris. CNBC and Rasmussen Reports have new data on Thursday giving Trump an edge, with CNBC attributing his lead to growing concerns about the economy and a surge of support from middle-aged voters. CNBC said Trump leads by 2 points, 48%-46%, within the margin of error. In that survey, Trump leads Harris 2-to-1 on who would handle the economy better. What’s more, while Harris has helped to revive...

I am starting to think that Kamala Harriss's cognitive health is an issue. She can't complete sentences, is mostly incoherent, and her party/media/campaign are hiding her and treating her as if she is Joe Biden aka a veal calf.

Sen. Mark Kelly, D-Ariz., who is a top contender to be Vice President Harris' running mate in the 2024 election, posted a cryptic message on social media amid veepstakes speculation. "Whether it was from my time in the Navy and at NASA, serving in the United States Senate, or visiting our troops overseas: I've learned that when your country asks you to serve, you always answer the call," Kelly posted on X on Sunday.

Former New Jersey governor helps launch Republicans for Harris By David Wildstein, August 04 2024 8:28 pm Former New Jersey Gov. Christine Todd Whitman was one of 24 Republican elected officials to endorse Democrat Kamala Harris for president on Sunday. “I was a proud Republican, but Donald Trump is unfit to lead our nation. We saw during his four years in office how he consistently chose himself, his pursuit of power, and his billionaire friends over the American people while spewing lies and spreading chaos at every turn,” said Whitman. “It’s time to move forward by electing Vice President Kamala...

FLIP & FLOP -- the Josh Shapiro problem In addition to the HUSH MONEY (remember that phrase?) scandal in his gubernatorial office, in which Shapiro has refused to elaborate, Shapiro has another problem -- his flip-flopping on Israel. Should he become Harris's running mate, I think we now have the moniker for them. FLIP & FLOP. That's the ticket. https://nypost.com/2024/08/03/us-news/potential-harris-vp-pick-josh-shapiro-on-defense-over-israel-after-decades-old-college-essay-surfaces/

I saw Twisters last night. What fun! I’ve always been fascinated by tornadoes, so I was going to be a sucker for this sequel, but it’s genuinely great. The blockbuster special effects are compelling, the characters are enjoyable, and the plot is clichéd, but okay enough for this kind of fare (there’s nothing woke, although there is an evil capitalist). Glen Powell, who plays a YouTube-star cowboy chaser, is a real movie star. Pass the popcorn.

July 14, 2023 Republican presidential candidate Chris Christie says he’s ready to beat GOP opponent Donald Trump — including in the ring. The former New Jersey governor told Fox News host Piers Morgan in a recent interview that he would no doubt emerge victorious in a head-to-head fight with the former president. “Come on,” Mr. Christie said with a smile in response to the question. “Guy is 78 years old. I’d kick his ass.”

October 16, 2020 Maryland's Republican Governor Larry Hogan cast a write-in vote for late former president Ronald Reagan last week, his office confirmed to CBS News on Friday. Hogan, a frequent critic of President Trump, is not supporting Mr. Trump nor the Democratic presidential nominee, Joe Biden. Hogan's decision to vote for Reagan was first reported by The Washington Post. According to the CBS News Battleground Tracker, which tracks races based on CBS News polling and analysis, there is overwhelming support for Biden in Maryland. "I know it's simply symbolic," he told the Post. "It's not going to change the...

By Sam Stein 03/15/2024 Mike Pence said on Friday that he would not endorse Donald Trump for president in 2024, breaking with the man who tapped him as vice president only to make him the target of an angry mob for his refusal to help with efforts to overturn the 2020 election. “It should come as no surprise that I will not be endorsing Donald Trump this year,” Pence told Fox News.

January 16, 2024 Republican Gov. Brian Kemp (R-GA) appeared at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, on Tuesday, while ignoring calls to criminally prosecute Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis. Kemp’s Davos vacation suggests he prefers to socialize with global elites than combat corruption in his own state of Georgia. Kemp told Georgia state lawmakers his Davos trip is “a great opportunity for me to be out here to share Georgia’s success story with people from around the world. Because I believe they can certainly learn a thing or two from us.” It is not clear what global elites...

Saturday on CNN’s “Smerconish” a video was played showing multiple black men in a Dauphin County, PA barbershop questioning whether Vice President Kamala Harris is black. CBS reporter Joel Smith asked, “Is Kamala gonna make you a little more likely or less likely to vote Democrat?” One of the men asked, “Hold on is Kamala black, yes or no?” A man next to him said, “I’ll let her speak on that, but to me, no.” Another man in the group said, “I share that same view.” A fourth man said, “I heard she wasn’t. I heard she’s half black and...
