President Donald Trump’s favorability and approval ratings approached their highest mark on record, according to RealClearPolitics and FiveThirtyEight.
The high watermarks suggest Trump is cruising into the November election with increasing momentum.
Trump’s favorability rating in the RealClearPolitics average is less than one point below his highest approval rating, marked in April:

Trump’s approval rating in FiveThirtyEight average is also less than one point behind his greatest approval rating, notched in February:
FiveThirtyEight Approval Average
February 28, 2024: 44.0 percent August 8, 2024: 43.3 percent Trump’s popularity comes on the back of several federal legal battles, a conviction in New York State court, and a failed assassination attempt against his life, earning him the nickname, “Teflon Don.”
Americans reflect positively upon his presidency, additional polling shows. It appears the longer Trump is out of office, the more Americans view his presidency positively, the New York Times reported in April, based on a Times and Siena College survey.
The economy, the number one 2024 issue, and especially the soaring prices under the direction of the Biden-Harris administration, appear to be the main driver of the positive reflection, the poll found.
“We all had a little bit more money in our pockets when he was in office. I think he gave out more money than any other president that I have had in my lifetime,” Marecus Maupin, 41, told the Times of Trump. “It now feels like, although I’m making more, I’m not seeing it.”
American families are more in debt than ever, according to a Federal Reserve Bank of New York report on household debt, which was released Thursday

This won’t get many comments because weak concern troll people on this website only like negative news.
Good news. Meanwhile Harris is hiding from the press.
I live in Michigan and I regularly see heartbreaking posts on facebook of people drowning in debt and getting evicted, losing homes, vehicles, etc. Cant afford gas for basic transportation much less take an RV somewhere on vacation. I sincerely hope these people think about how they got tapped out due to inflation everywhere and now jobs are retreating as well.
Advice: don’t believe it, even if it is true. Assume we are ten points behind the the future of the world depends on overturning the deficit, because it does.
Just when concern trolls were ready to attend Kamabla’s inaugural.
But....................
Newsweek just said:
“Kamala Harris Overtakes Donald Trump, Gains 23 Points: Poll”
Yet, we’re supposed to believe Harris is “surging” in the polls despite this?
Wasn’t going to say anything then but early last week I was just feeling a little pessimism. That’s over now.
How do we know she really didn't gain 123 points?
LOL
True true. I am still wondering if the Dems aren’t going to “Biden” Kamabla at the convention.
Interesting next few days.
Ignore all polls and assume Trump is several points behind, and encourage all your friends and relatives to vote.
Kamabla will finish the job Obozo started.
As hard as it is to believe that Kamala is soaring in the polls, when you factor in the selection of war hero Tim Walz as VP it is easy to see how this could happen.
True, and wait for the convention, it will be sooo popular that thee will be tens of thousands of people outside protesting to get in.
“Kamala Harris Overtakes Donald Trump, Gains 23 Points: Poll”
That was a NPR poll of independents only. Also it was not likely voters or even registered voters. It’s purpose was only to make it seem like Harris has big momentum.

Let the depraved Maoists supporting Heels Up use the personal insults...it will convince the 10% who are genuinely undecided who's more Presidential.
My sentiments exactly. After a 3 week love fest, she still can’t shake off the Biden baggage. And her veep rollout has been a train wreck. The 30-second spots write themselves.
Sage advice. Polls had Biden up by 10% but it took the Dems days to steal 2020 by a mere 44k out of 159 million allegedly legitimate votes.
