Read article in Sept. 24th Wall Street Journal - page A8. Please help me locate this article as I have not seen it addressed here on freerepublic.com. Gist of the article was that Clinton is appointing one of his lawyers that worked on Whitewater. First name of lawyer is James and for the life of me, can't remember his last name. He is to be appointed as a Federal Judge. The journalist was P. Gigot.
