Special counsel Jack Smith on Monday appealed federal Judge Aileen Cannon’s ruling dismissing his classified records Mar-a-Lago case against former President Donald Trump, arguing that his appointment is valid.
Cannon, the U.S. District Judge for the Southern District of Florida, last month dismissed Smith's case against Trump, ruling that it violated "the Appointments Clause of the United States Constitution."
Cannon said Smith’s appointment of special counsel was unconstitutional.

If they succeed at either endeavor, they’ll be reaping the hurricane that follows.
He's more like dog crap on the heel of the shoe. Judge will wipe him off but a tiny stench of him will linger for historians to contemplate. Whether the latter will draw the correct conclusions or not will depend on whether Trump wins or the kamunists steal it.

I bet the left is ticked off. They wanted this case front and center as soon as possible so they could add “convicted felon” to the defendants’s bios. I doubt these cases will ever reach a jury. They will eventually be dismissed.
That being said, it’s important that in Arizona conservatives vote a straight GOP ticket. We need to vote these communists out of office at every level.

Didn’t realize that. Interesting. I wonder if this ridiculous appeal is more about cornering Thomas and the lefts’ attempt to smear him and change the USSC. If Thomas doesn’t allow this case to be appealed they will say he is biased and protecting Trump.
Since he was illegally appointed, this would be the perfect time to trot out the leftist’s favorite dodge: “He has no standing”.
