Has Eric Holder commented on this? Has he dispatched federal investigators? Does he think it was a NECESSARY beating? Is he proud of “his” people who did this? Has he expressed outrage over racial profiling of WHITES?

If government forces a person to put their life in jeopardy by serving on a jury in an explosive case, there's absolutely no conflict of interest whatsoever in writing a book later on. Books are written all the time by ex-presidents, ex-judges, ex-lawyers, etc., who were all paid much, much more than jurors.

We sure could use a lot of armed neighborhood watch captains on patrol tonight.

It's hard to believe just a few days ago we were all being lectured by the mainstream media on how it's racist for us to expect black people to riot after a verdict they don't like. It didn't take Jimmy the Greek to see this coming, did it?

Eric Holder and his left-wing hacks at the DOJ are desperately trying to find a way to file federal hate-crime charges against Zimmerman. Meanwhile, actual race-based hate crimes are happening on the streets of America each night since the verdict and Holder does nothing because he doesn’t care. Eric Holder doesn’t care when white people are targeted by violent criminals because white people aren’t “his” people.

And the prosecution spent the entire trial referring to Martin as a "child." Oh, that poor "child." What a joke! If anybody had called Martin a "child" to his face, I wonder what Martin's reaction would've been. Maybe a punch in the face and a headslam into some concrete, perhaps?

It's stunning to see how useless the American media has become. The left-wing political bias is one thing, but to virtually ignore a story like this is absurd. It's like there's a conspiracy or something. This story is every bit as interesting and important as the San Francisco plane crash, but the American media won't cover Canada. I guarantee you the Canadian media isn't ignoring the plane crash story like the American media is ignoring the oil train explosion.

If the prosecution has really done such a poor job, I think it would be wise for the defense to put on NO CASE. After the prosecution rests, the defense attorney should stand up and say, “Your honor, the defense also rests. And we now have a motion we’d like to make to the court outside the presence of the jury.” The jury leaves. The defense makes a motion to dismiss. If the judge won’t dismiss the case for lack of evidence, the court decides if 2nd-degree murder and/or manslaughter will be considered by the jury. Then closing statements.

If I was the defense, I’d want to get this case to the jury as quickly as possible - if it even makes it to the jury. The prosecution isn’t even close to “beyond a reasonable doubt” in this case. They’re prosecuting Zimmerman because racists like Al Sharpton are demanding it. The 2nd-degree murder charge is such a blatant overcharge. The prosecution team deserves jail time more than Zimmerman does.

Anybody who’s in the mood to *celebrate* the 4th of July this year - for any reason - needs to have their head examined. What are we gonna do? Celebrate all the freedoms we’re losing? For any American who actually cares about freedom and liberty, the 4th of July has become more about mourning than celebrating.

Excellent point. Every good defense attorney should be constructing their closing argument after each trial day. The point you just made needs to be emphasized in the closing argument, especially since the prosecution team led off their opening statement with Zimmerman's words.

And, by the way, The Today Show should apologize to its viewers each and every day they cover this story. Their deceitful editing of Zimmerman's phone call to make him look racist caused great harm to his ability to get a fair trial. Turns out Martin was the racist, not Zimmerman. But I doubt NBC will be acknowledging that. The NBC peacock is no longer colorful. It's just black these days.

The prosecution’s own witness handed the defense reasonable doubt on a silver platter. Ground. Pound. Zimmerman on the bottom. Then a gunshot while the witness was calling police. If I’m the judge, CASE OVER. If I’m the judge, there’s contempt-of-court citations for the prosecution team. There’s not just reasonable doubt in this case. There’s overwhelming doubt in this case. The decision to prosecute Zimmerman was a race-based decision that has no place in a country that calls itself free.

Screw the Fourth of July this year. There’s really NOTHING to celebrate this year in a black racist America that allows the IRS, DOJ, NSA and the piece of crap in the White House to be as corrupt as they want to be.

It’s scary to think Colin Powell was once a very powerful man in our military. He thinks calling any black person “lazy” is a sign of racism. I would expect that kind of jive-talking from Al Sharpton, but Colin Powell? Playing the race card and the victim card at the same time isn’t exactly courageous or intelligent. It’s LAZY!

That's all well and good, but where was the FBI during Bill Clinton's 8 years in office? What background check did he ever pass? It's an absolute joke when we fire Secret Service agents for seeing prostitutes and we tell a patriot like Petraeus he has to go because of one affair, but Bill Clinton can hump any woman he wants (consensual or not), he can pardon terrorists of the FALN, he can take illegal campaign cash from China, he can sign technology waivers for China, etc.

I say RE-HIRE PETRAEUS!

Mitt Romney needs to re-open his campaign. Go door-to-door in those 59 wards. If he finds Romney voters, he should carve up the Democratic Party for Thanksgiving. Sue'em. Fire'em. Jail'em. Make their lives a living hell. If he doesn't find any Romney voters, cry racism like the Al Sharptons of the world would do if Kansas voters ever went 19,605 to 0 against a black candidate.

The Republicans ought to demand that General Patreus be replaced by... General Patreus. Call it the Clinton precedent. If Bill Clinton can be president after dodging the draft, smoking dope, cheating on his wife every chance he got and raping Juanita Broaddrick, certainly General Patreus can continue with his job at the CIA after a simple affair. At least Patreus had a CONSENSUAL affair with a woman old enough to know what she was doing. No perjury. No obstruction of justice. No state troopers. Oh, and I think Bill Clinton was about a million times more blackmailable than Patreus. Clinton is a coward. Patreus is a patriot.

Well, don't buy bootlegs. Just keep a boycott list either on paper or in your mind. Boycott Julia Roberts, Jennifer Aniston, Cher, Streisand, Hanoi Jane, etc. And when you buy movies, buy them at the Dollar Tree for $1 or at Big Lots for $3. Usually, you're buying overflow inventory and not adding significantly to Hollywood's profits.

By the way, anyone who buys a Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Bruce Springsteen or JayZ CD cannot seriously be considered a conservative. If you absolutely must have their music (and I have no idea why you would) just tape them off the radio or tape their free appearances off TV. Hall and Oates joined the boycott of Arizona, so I no longer go out and buy any of their new products. In fact, I haven't had any desire to listen to their stuff for quite some time now. Their cowardly cave-in to the liberal elites in the music industry has soured me on their music probably forever.

After bashing Romney for months and praising Obama for months, the mainstream media creates a self-fulfilling prophecy that gives Obama four more years. The MSM's biased coverage was probably worth billions of dollars, but Obama got it all for free. The MSM allowed Romney to have only 1 good night in the entire campaign. That was the first debate, which they couldn't hide from the American people. The rest of the MSM's coverage was a never-ending pro-Obama informercial that will continue for 4 more years.
