Illinois voters are being asked to approve of a constitutional amendment tomorrow which will allow addressing of the pension problem which unaddressed will further crush Illinois taxpayers. Michael Madigan, the real Democrat power in the state, stopped Gov. Quinn from doing anything about the pension issue earlier this year. This amendment would allow this address. And could stop any reform from being tied up in the courts or thrown out. The libs and unions are opposing it. Vote "yes".
