buah cannot say that the economy is bad due to the terrorist attacks because that would acknowledge that the terrorist strike "worked" to hurt america. bush doesn't want to concede anything to the terrorist or embolden them to make another strike. kerry opportunistically blames bush for the economy, while never mentioning the terrorist. american pride must be protected at all costs but everybody knows anyway. for this reason i believe voters will support bush.
