A Minnesota man pleaded guilty Tuesday to filing fraudulent insurance claims for a staged arson he attempted to portray as a politically-motivated attack. Federal officials said Denis Molla, 30, of Brooklyn Center, falsely reported to law enforcement in September 2020 that someone had lit his camper on fire and that three unknown males were near his home when he heard an explosion. Molla told officials his garage door was vandalized with a spray-painted Antifa symbol and words stating "Biden 2020" and "BLM." He claimed his camper was targeted because it had a Trump 2020 flag displayed on it. Police discovered...

Prosecutors said a Minnesota man faked a politically motivated attack in an insurance scam. They said Dennis Molla sprayed pro-Biden and BLM graffiti on his garage then set it on fire. He sought a $300,000 insurance payout plus GoFundMe donations, an indictment said. A Trump supporter falsely claimed his garage was burned by left-wing extremists in a $300,000 insurance-scam attempt, federal prosecutors say. A Minnesota man who hung a “Trump 2020” flag on his truck awoke early Wednesday to find his family’s garage and three vehicles in flames, local police said. The fire destroyed a detached garage and three vehicles, according to the Brooklyn Center Police Department, but the house itself sustained only minor damage and the family escaped without injuries. Police and firefighters said they rescued three dogs and four puppies from the burning garage. The family’s Trump flag also burned, police said. Graffiti spray-painted on the smoldering garage included the phrases “Biden 2020”, “BLM” and an anarchist symbol. Police said the...

The family says they got the Trump flags just a week ago after Dennis, a contractor, had a dispute at a work site over his support for the president. Since they have had the flags up, they say people have been driving by their house very slowly, some taking pictures. “We’re just very happy to be alive, and praise God that we’re alive,” Deana said.

A home belonging to supporters of President Donald Trump in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, was attacked in the early hours of Wednesday morning, according to a Facebook post. A news release from the Brooklyn Center Police Department noted that the home’s occupants had a “fairly large ‘Trump 2020’ sign that was destroyed.” Deana Molla, who claims to be one of the owners of the vandalized home, shared photos of the arson and vandalism via Facebook. According to police, the slogans “Biden 2020,” “BLM,” and a capital letter “A” with a circle around it — a symbol for the left-wing group Antifa...

Fresh from the impeachment of President Donald J. Trump for the alleged incitement of the Jan. 6 assault on the Capitol, veteran inciter of riots and criminal confrontation, Rep. Maxine Waters of the People’s Republic of California travels to Minnesota where, hypocritically under police escort, she urges rioters to keep on rioting. After all, maybe VP Kamala Harris can set up another fund to bail them out should they be briefly arrested. She is the leaders of the party of riots. As Townhall.com reports: As Katie (Pavlich) reported earlier today, Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA), a sitting member of Congress, took...

In another example of the Democrats’ support of political violence, Representative Maxine Waters (D-California) incited a violent mob in Minnesota yesterday to not to accept anything other than a guilty verdict for Derek Chauvin, the Minneapolis police officer on trial for the death of Daunte Wright. Just one day after the week long protests descended into violence, Rep. Waters’ urged protesters at Brooklyn Center to “to get more confrontational.”‘ “I am not happy that we have talked about police reform for so long,” Waters said. “We’re looking for a guilty verdict,'” she added in regards to the Derek Chauvin trial....

Protesters have gathered Friday outside the Brooklyn Center Police Department for a sixth night after the death of 20-year-old Daunte Wright. Former Brooklyn Center police officer Kimberly Potter fatally shot Wright during a traffic stop Sunday afternoon. Potter has since resigned from the department and has been charged with second-degree manslaughter. 6:00 p.m. A KSTP reporter at the scene estimates 200 people are already outside the Brooklyn Center Police Department. The protesters are up against the fence and chanting, but it has been a peaceful assembly so far. Brooklyn Center Mayor Mike Elliott announced this evening that he will change...

America's foremost race-baiter latches onto latest opportunity to distract black voters from the unmitigated carnage Democrats have foisted on generations of urban Americans Barack Obama claimed on Twitter that his “heart is heavy” over the fatal Minneapolis police shooting of Daunte Wright, an unarmed 20-year-old black man who resisted arrest. I’m calling BS on that claim. America’s foremost race-baiter I believe Obama is thrilled every time an unarmed black person is killed by police. Why? Because each such killing is a fresh opportunity for him to advance the obscene narrative that America’s law enforcement community is replete with racist cops...

A police union leader has slammed Brooklyn Center's mayor for 'letting political activists run the show' after a white female cop shot dead a black man in the city. Brian Peters, the head of the Minnesota Police and Peace Officers Association, told WCCO-AM radio: 'If I were the mayor, I would not allow the political activists [to] run the show.' Peters claims Mike Elliott - mayor since January 2019 - is in 'way over his head'.

Things are heating up in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota again tonight, the third night after the police shooting of Daunte Wright.CNN is there with Miguel Marquez and his crew. The BLM ‘protesters’ just attacked one of the crew members. They threw a water bottle, hitting the older gentleman square in the head and you can see him go down, visibly a little stunned. They then laugh at him and mock him, with a couple trying to see if he’s okay. He gets up and seems to want to take them on, but is held back.Protesters throw a water bottle at a...

BLM mobs rioted for the third consecutive night in honor of Daunte Wright. Police and protesters faced off again in Brooklyn Center after nightfall, with hundreds of protesters gathered in the city’s heavily guarded police headquarters, now ringed by concrete barriers and a tall metal fence, and where police in riot gear and National Guard soldiers stood watch. “Murderapolis” was scrawled with black spray paint on a concrete barrier. “Whose street? Our street!” the crowd chanted under a light snowfall. Driver’s security is also a concern during these riots. During these ongoing nationwide riots, carriers and drivers are advised to...

Reform of the police is no longer enough, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez said on Tuesday, as she joined fellow 'squad' member Rashida Tlaib in calling for the police to be abolished. The New York congresswoman responded on Tuesday to the killing of another black man, Daunte Wright, 20, in a Minneapolis suburb on Sunday. He was killed by a white policewoman, Kimberly Potter, who shot him in the chest at a traffic stop in what Brooklyn Center police chief said was an accident, when she meant to reach for her Taser. 'Daunte Wright's killing was not a random, disconnected 'accident' - it...

Moments before police fatally shot Daunte Wright during a traffic stop Sunday in a Minneapolis suburb, he called his mother and told her he'd been pulled over for hanging air fresheners from his rearview mirror. It's not clear how much of a role the air fresheners played in the traffic stop. Brooklyn Center Police Chief Tim Gannon told reporters Monday that Wright was originally pulled over for an expired tag and that when officers approached his car, they saw an item hanging from the rearview mirror. But Minnesota is one of at least several states with laws that prohibit hanging...

Daunte Wright, the 20-year-old black man fatally shot during a traffic stop in Minnesota, was “afraid police would do something like this to him,” according to a local educator who mentored Wright. Jonathan Mason, a youth development specialist who became close with Wright when he was a student at Edison High School in Minneapolis said he, Wright and other young black men often talked about how to handle interactions with cops.
