President-elect Joe Biden said Tuesday that the federal tax probe targeting his son Hunter Biden’s murky financial dealings is “Russian misinformation,” and called the reporter who asked for comment on the probe a “one horse pony.” As he walked off stage after a press conference in Wilmington, Del., Biden was asked by Fox News if he still believed The Post’s exclusive reporting on the contents of his son Hunter Biden’s laptop was “Russian misinformation,” in the wake of reports that some of those damaging emails were part of the federal probe. “Yes, yes, yes. God love you, man. You are...

Former national security adviser Michael Flynn said he was provided information that foreign intelligence agencies were monitoring the U.S. election on Nov. 3 and are willing to provide evidence to President Donald Trump. “We have evidence now of foreign countries … were watching the attacks on our election system, our election process, on the 3rd of November,” Flynn told Fox Business on Friday. “So we now have that evidence and we received that today,” he said. He didn’t elaborate on what foreign intelligence agencies were involved, how he obtained that information, or the nature of the alleged attacks on the...

Retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn's Newsmax TV remarks on President Donald Trump weighing "martial law" and "military capabilities" amid election fraud has forced U.S. Army leaders to issue a statement Friday rejecting that consideration. "There is no role for the U.S. military in determining the outcome of an American election," Army Secretary Ryan McCarthy and Army chief of staff Gen. James McConville wrote in a joint statement Friday. The statement echoed one by Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark Milley before the election. Gen. Flynn told Thursday's "Greg Kelly Reports": "He could immediately on his order seize...

The U.S. government would save about $2.6 billion if President-elect Joe Biden halts construction on the border wall project on his first day in office, according to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers estimates reviewed by The Washington Post... The U.S. Army Corps estimates show there will be about $3.3 billion in unused funds in the project’s accounts on January 21. But Biden will never be president. Here’s why. December 14, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) – Just when you thought the 2020 presidential election couldn’t get any wilder, two competing sets of presidential electors met today to vote. The Democrat electors in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, and Nevada of course cast their vote for Joe Biden. But, in a surprise move, the Republican electors in those same states met as well, casting their votes for Donald Trump. As the Pennsylvania GOP explained, the electors “took this procedural vote [to] preserve any legal claims that may be presented going forward.” The meeting of the...

ATLANTA (AP) — President Donald Trump has lost his latest legal challenge seeking to overturn Georgia’s election results, with the state Supreme Court’s rejection late Saturday of a case from Trump’s campaign and Georgia Republican Party Chairman David Shafer. The suit - similar to other Trump team legal challenges, which made baseless allegations of widespread fraud in Georgia’s presidential election - was initially filed Dec. 4, then rejected by the Fulton County Superior Court because the paperwork was improperly completed and it lacked the appropriate filing fees. The case was subsequently appealed directly to the state Supreme Court, asking justices...

It was entirely expected that the worst year in my lifetime should have the worst election in my lifetime. Not because the second-best president in my lifetime (after Ronald Reagan) lost, but because we don’t know for sure that he did. I would rather be certain that the ghost of Joe Biden won outright than see the greatest nation on Earth embarrass itself like Venezuela. Sadly, the unprecedented goalpost-shifting and manipulation by the Left, bolstered by the usual obsequious accommodation by the Right, has created a national humiliation that will fester for a long time to come, no matter who...

The Arizona Supreme Court has agreed to hear a legal challenge to mail-in ballots in Maricopa County filed by the state's Republican Party Chairwoman Kelli Ward. Maricopa County is the largest county in Arizona, with a little over half the state's population. It is home to the state capital of Phoenix. The county went Democratic in the 2020 Presidential election for the first time since Harry S. Truman carried Arizona in 1948. Winning Maricopa, Joe Biden was narrowly able to carry the state by less than 11,000 votes, or 0.3%. An Arizona lower court had already dismissed Ward's suit on...
