ATLANTA (AP) — President Donald Trump has lost his latest legal challenge seeking to overturn Georgia’s election results, with the state Supreme Court’s rejection late Saturday of a case from Trump’s campaign and Georgia Republican Party Chairman David Shafer.
The suit - similar to other Trump team legal challenges, which made baseless allegations of widespread fraud in Georgia’s presidential election - was initially filed Dec. 4, then rejected by the Fulton County Superior Court because the paperwork was improperly completed and it lacked the appropriate filing fees.
The case was subsequently appealed directly to the state Supreme Court, asking justices to consider the case before Monday’s meeting of the Electoral College. In a brief order, justices wrote that “petitioners have not shown that this is one of those extremely rare cases that would invoke our original jurisdiction.”

No court wants to investigate fraud once those votes are included in the total that’s it even when the irregularities are blatant as is this case
Trump suit or Wood suit or Powell suit? There are so many it’s hard to keep them all straight.
Mark your calendars for December 18th . . . we won’t need the Supreme Court when president Trump’s executive order 13848 becomes active.

Here’s how I fear this plays out now.
Somewhere there is going to be physical revolt with guns, it will seem effectual for about an hour, then law enforcement puts it down(like they didn’tdo in CHAZ). Democrats win runoff elections in Georgia and they begin trying to take guns away because, “2nd amendment causes violence”, or some bs victim blaming.
The country turns communist completely as deep state and elites abandon the constitution entirely.
This is really looking like everyone has been bought, blackmailed or threatened.
Having EVERY SINGLE case thrown out is very SUSPICIOUS.
There have been WITNESSES to FRAUD. The suitcases full of ballots?
And they throw out every case?
There’s not a court in the land, including SCOTUS, that’s gonna take anything to intervene. They’ve ALL been threatened by DS with their very lives and family’s lives IF they even think about it.
The court options are nearly depleted. Wait until the 18th when the DNI releases his report on foreign interference, then declare martial law and arrest those involved in this attempted coup. Much of Congress, media, and a few governors will be included in the arrests.

Failure now means the end of our nation, and the President knows this.
Being a judge is a good job, pays well, lots of prestige, and while they are elected in Georgia, justices usually run unoposed. Would be a shame to make a controversial decision that results in organized opposition and loss of all that money, power, and prestige. Let someone else do it.
