Texas on Tuesday filed a lawsuit with the U.S. Supreme Court challenging election procedures in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin over potential voter fraud.
Then later this afternoon the Supreme Court denied the Pennsylvania injunction case before the court.
This was the Sean Parnell and Mike Kelly case. Expert says SCOTUS rejected the PA case without any explanation because the same stuff is covered in the Texas case which is a bigger case that includes GA, MI, and WI.

Following the ruling Senator Doug Mastriano vowed to continue the fight against the fraudulent Pennsylvania election.
Let me be clear: I will not rest until Pennsylvanians feel their voices were heard in the #2020Election.

And on Tuesday night Trump Attorney Jenna Ellis tweeted out that the injunction was dismissed but the case is still active.

The case was NOT thrown out of court.
Praying! ππππππππ¦π¦π¦
If they hear the Texas case, this one will become moot I believe.
Fraud is serious business. This is not something to take lightly. The country’s future is on the line. All the Democrat propaganda media in the world, shouldn’t be permitted to censor, distract, cover-up, change the subject,
or ignore through manipulation the truth.
Praying my novena until Christmss
Took a lifetime to overcome my twitching :)
Sometimes thousands of times in a day.
Down to almost zero after a lot of hard work.
Now I notice my head turning again when it’s not supposed to :)
Looks like I picked the wrong time to cut down on sedatives!!
Maybe not. They may hit different points.
If each are valid, they may address them both.
Not an expert on this, so take it for what it’s worth.

SCOTUS -—> USELESS
Thanks Traitor Roberts!
Try the sedatives with a quart of vodka mixed in half a cup of orange juice. :)
Does twitter agree with this? After all, Rasputin has the final say doesn’t he?
Unless Google and the AP overrule him.
Half a cup!!! lol!!
Why not just throw the orange juice over my shoulder? :)
I’ve had a small drink with a benzo.
Such a relaxing feeling!!
Never more than that though.
No less a quart!!! :)
I’ve had quarts WITHOUT benzos.
That was great too :)
Not to worry, you're not alone. I seem to have developed an awful case of Tourette's Syndrome lately, that makes Rahm Emanuel's language look like the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. :-)
That sounds kind of dangerous. Doesn’t OJ have a lot of citric acid in it?
What was the deal with Ted Cruz earlier tweeting about his disappointment that it was denied? Did he get the wrong message?
I want to know what you mean; but I never will.
Did you read the article? The case was NOT thrown out. Only the injunction.
Fat lady ain’t singing yet. With luck, she won’t even open her yap.
Whether it folds into TX v PA is irrelevant. The PA SC made a HUGE error that needs to be addressed. In their dismissal, they rejected the claim because the plaintiffs waited until AFTER the election to raise the Constitutional issue. However, courts routinely reject any cases brought BEFORE there is actual harm, because it is speculative, and thus a waste of the courts’ time. How can the PA plaintiffs, or anyone ever, be shut out of the Constitutional protections of the Judiciary simply for waiting until AFTER they are harmed? That is a truly serious problem that needs to be addressed, even if just a line or two in SCOTUS’s denial to hear it.
:)
Forget about it.
I used to make fun of my old man for cursing in Italian with a little English.
Now I curse in English with a little Italian!!

LOL
Yes, it’s not the Benzos with a QUART of vodka that is the issue.
It’s the citric acid in the OJ that’s the real danger!! :)
May I suggest some of you not lead recovery groups? :)
