The Arizona Supreme Court has agreed to hear a legal challenge to mail-in ballots in Maricopa County filed by the state's Republican Party Chairwoman Kelli Ward.
Maricopa County is the largest county in Arizona, with a little over half the state's population. It is home to the state capital of Phoenix. The county went Democratic in the 2020 Presidential election for the first time since Harry S. Truman carried Arizona in 1948.
Winning Maricopa, Joe Biden was narrowly able to carry the state by less than 11,000 votes, or 0.3%.
An Arizona lower court had already dismissed Ward's suit on Friday, but the state Supreme Court agreed to hear the case after Ward claimed that irregularities were found in a sample of ballots she was allowed to review, the Washington Times reports.
The justices on the Arizona Supreme Court are appointed by the governor from a list of approved candidates drawn up by a bipartisan commission. All seven justices have been appointed by Republican governors, with the current governor, Doug Ducey, having appointed five of them.
Another lawsuit previously filed by the Trump campaign in the state in November had been dropped after the campaign concluded that Biden's lead was too large to overcome even with the lawsuit.
Yeah and they’ll blow it out the door too
“we cant disenfranchise all the cheaters who twiddled the bits or sent in phony ballots and we certainly aren’t going to help those silly Repugnants who used Sharpies on their ballots, the suckers!”
“Case Dismissed! Long Live Chairman Kamao!”
Is this more Kabuki theater, or will we see the Sharpie scam aired? The dominion capability to srop then dump provisional ballot files will be important to proving the Sharpie scam. Watch that green button folks!
Good news or bad?
Guess we’ll find out when we find out how quickly they rule.
Or are they just stalling so it’s late getting to SCOTUS?
Dims don’t win Maricopa County—without cheating, of course!!!!
Kudos to Kelli for not giving up!! But this may go to the Supreme Court, with the other 5 cheated-upon battleground states!!!!
They just stole our government.
Does anyone expect them to give it back?
6-1 R for what its worth (based on when they were appointed)
I think this is the case where they found signatures that did not match on ballot envelopes. But the judge changed the standard from identifying mismatched signature to you have to prove each signature is a forgery. An impossible standard given the time frame.
Not yet, but its getting very close ....
R means NOTHING all of these stinking legislators are R’s AND they won’t stand up for a damn thing!!!
It’s the firmware.....
You don’t think Trump knew they were going to steal or try to steal this election with mail in votes. How many times does he have to say it..
The Arizona Supreme Court has 7 members. 5 were appointed by Doug Ducey and 2 were appointed by Jan Brewer.
This will end up in military tribunals.
The corrupt Judges are treating this illegal election like the 0bama birth certificate.
> Not trying to dampen the mood but they have kicked everything in every state out. Every chance they get. This fix has been in for years.. But Trump has know about it for years also..
My respect for “the law” is pretty much dead at this point.
Do what you think is right, ignore the law.
“I am free, no matter what rules surround me. If I find them tolerable, I tolerate them; if I find them too obnoxious, I break them. I am free because I know that I alone am morally responsible for everything I do.” ― Robert A. Heinlein

From your lips to God’s ears. At least, all the traitors have been making themselves known since the start of 2020, and since the election in particular.
The list is big enough to keep military tribunals busy for years. Some of us old former military officers would be happy to come back just to sit on tribunals and lighten the load on the young guys.
