I’m not as old as Grandpa Badfinger, nor as manifestly senile, but I still have only the vaguest notion that something bad happened last week in Colorado, and I can’t quite put my trigger finger on exactly what it was. It’s just a hazy recollection of how whatever went down was pretty much the fault of you and me, though the last time I was in the Centennial State I was passing through the Denver airport, which makes whatever happened being my fault seem implausible, but whatever. Facts and stuff are bourgeois conceits. The point is that I went looking...

Just before authorities released the names of the victims of the Boulder, Colorado shooting, Liz Hanson woke up and got dressed, slipping into a pair of tie-dyed pants she bought at the store of her friend Lonna Bartkowiak. Moments later she learned that Bartkowiak, 49, had been shot and killed. “I found out she was gone,” Hanson said in an interview with the Forward . “I looked down at my pants because she had bought them at her store – she picked them out for me.”........Hanson is a member of Congregation Bonai Shalom, where London-native Rabbi Marc Soloway serves as...

Does anyone else find it odd that so many Asian activists reacted to the mass murder of (mostly) Asian women last week by talking about how smoking hot they are? I was at law school when I first noticed the phenomenon of liberal women pretending to be outraged as a cover for bragging. Average-to-ugly girls would work up feigned indignation about how a guy had “sexually harassed” them that day, then launch into a 20-minute retelling of some compliment they’d received. A man talked to me! I think he likes me … Let’s see, how do I work this into...

The incomprehensible murders in Boulder, Colo., should be an inflection point. It should be a moment for communities to come together and support law enforcement as the investigation unfolds. The victims and their families deserve answers. Boulder deserves answers. America deserves answers.Instead, America is getting a rush to judgment. They’re getting vitriol over understanding. The worst part of it is nothing that is being lobbed at the American public is doing anything to improve public safety. America is being told that it is the fault of law-abiding citizens that a deranged individual would visit horrific violence in Boulder.resident Joe Biden...

It’s hard to admit this. When mass shootings occur in our country, it’s difficult for me to even pause for a moment. There’s no time to reflect, feel sad, mourn, or be still. Because I know the inevitable is coming. Garbage American news media and their favorite officeholders – the Democrats – won’t wait an hour to take full advantage of a horror to advance their political agenda. This means the rest of us have to spring into a defensive posture to protect our liberties and simply correct the record before the victims’ bodies are removed from the scene. Like...

The shooter who on Monday killed 10 during an attack in Boulder, Colorado had targeted a “Jewish store,” the Loomered.com news site associated with journalist and former Florida congressional candidate Laura Loomer reported. Boulder County District Attorney Michael Dougherty has said that investigators have not identified a motive for the suspect, who has been identified as Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa, from the Denver suburb of Arvada. Alissa was reportedly born in 1999 in Syria. However, Loomered.com reported that the King Soopers market targeted by the shooter is known as a “Jewish store” with a majority Jewish clientele due to the...

Biden ended Trump’s Muslim ban claiming it “undermined our national security.” Two years ago, Ahmad Al-Issa shared a post titled, “Why refugees and immigrants are good for America.” On Monday, the Syrian Muslim immigrant shot up a supermarket killing ten Americans. Biden declared that he was "still waiting for more information regarding the shooter, his motive, the weapons he used. The guns, the magazines, the weapons, the modifications that have apparently taken place to those weapons that are involved here." Why do the modifications to the Syrian immigrant's weapons matter more than his motive? Obama joined in, demanding that it...

Investigators were seen searching the $800,000 Colorado home of the King Soopers gunman on Tuesday as more of his Facebook rants are revealed and a police report shows that he 'beat up a teen bully who called him a terrorist' in 2017. Agents of the Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) arrived at the residence of Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa, 21, who was named by police earlier in the day as the man who shot dead 10 people at the Boulder grocery store on Monday afternoon. The grocery store is about 30 miles from his Arvada home.

The alleged gunman charged with slaughtering 10 people at a Colorado supermarket bought an assault rifle a week prior to the shooting — and was caught “playing” with it by a family member, according to new court documents. Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa purchased a Ruger AR-556 pistol on March 16 — six days before going on a deadly rampage at the King Soopers in Boulder, according to an affidavit unsealed Tuesday. His sister-in-law, whose name is redacted, told investigators that she saw Alissa, 21, “playing with a gun she thought looked like a ‘machine gun'” in the days prior to...
