Can this marriage be saved? Virulent never-Trumper George Conway publicly dunked on his wife, senior President Trump adviser Counselor to the President Kellyanne Conway, on Twitter Monday afternoon just minutes after she retweeted a video clip of a creepy Joe Biden campaign speech that went viral over the weekend.

VIDEO Joe Biden reached deep into his bag of anachronisms and came up with his "No Malarkey" tour of Iowa. As a political campaign it seems to be rather lacking but as a source of humor it has yielded comedy gold so far. Several of the Biden clips seen in this video have not been seen by the general public before.

On Sunday’s broadcast of CNN’s “Reliable Sources,” Lutheran pastor Angela Denker accused American Christians of having “lost the Gospel of Jesus.” She said they were instead embracing “wealth and power,” which led to the election of President Donald Trump. When asked about Christian support for Trump means, Denker said, “The American church has lost the Gospel of Jesus and has become caught up in a gospel distortion, over Christian Nationalism which says that our God is no longer the God of the Bible but a God who makes America strongest.”

Mike Bloomberg’s gun control group outspent the NRA in Virginia’s election by multitudes, hoping to clinch new seats and make unconstitutional inroads against the Second Amendment in the Old Dominion. Bloomberg’s plan unfortunately appears to have paid off: Senator Richard L. Saslaw, Bloomberg’s bought-and-paid-for Democrat, recently introduced legislation that would effectively outlaw most semiautomatic firearms in the state. Bill SB 16, introduced by Saslaw on November 18, states, “It is unlawful for any person to import, sell, transfer, manufacture, purchase, possess, or transport an assault firearm.” The bill greatly expands the state’s arbitrary definition of an “assault firearm” to include...

Shot: Bloomberg: Darned right we need to tax the poor. —Jazz Shaw, Hot Air, Friday. Chaser: “The press went with it without explaining that it was an April Fool’s joke. Patsy Schroeder referenced it on the floor of the House of Representatives, a bunch of other Democrat and liberals. By the way, the condition of the poor has vastly improved since the tax the poor update. That was April 1st, 1991, by the way.” —“20th Anniversary Flashback: Rush Demands We Tax the Poor,” Rush Limbaugh.com, July 31, 2008.

Great, but don’t go making promises you can’t keep. – Political fantasy writer Michael Wolff, the author of the anti-Trump fantasy “Fire and Fury,” promised in a Friday interview with Spectator USA that he plans to say no more about President Donald Trump. “Every magazine I have ever worked for, and I have worked for them all, is dead or will die shortly,” he explained. “For another thing, Donald Trump is the one consuming subject, sucking all views and opinions into his void, and on this issue I have nothing left to say.” “Still, even with the collapse of so...

On Thursday, former President Barack Obama was the main guest at a fundraiser in Silicon Valley. When asked a question about the many candidates running, he told those present that he couldn't care less whether they'd like the eventual nominee. They just have to vote for him/her/it. "Everybody needs to chill out about the candidates, but gin up about the prospect of rallying behind whoever emerges from this process," Obama told the millionaire techies, according to far-left news channel CNN. "There will be differences" between them, he added, "but I want us to make sure that we keep in mind...

The video of Hong Kong students singing the Star Spangled Banner was quite moving (click the photo above to see it). What a contrast to the self-centered, spoiled little snowflakes who are having a years-long temper tantrum because they want to be more like China, while the youth in Hong Kong is willing to die to be more like them. at least as far as liberty and freedom go. I am happy that I will be dead by the time this rotten tree bears fruit, and I only hope that the generation after the millennials can clean up what's...

Some time ago I shared a post on FB that read: 449,000 Californians turned down jury duty because they were not citizens...but they were registered voters. Let that sink in! I posted this some time ago and I was just going back through my posts and found that FB had put a warning over it which read: False Information, Checked by independent fact checkers. And then there was a button labelled "see why". Click the button and a box pops up and says "Fact check from Politifact, False: No evidence that 449,000 noncitizens were registered to vote in California. "...

There is a scene in the 1993 film “A Bronx Tale” in which a biker gang is carousing in a bar only to be told to leave by the manager for being underdressed. When they protest, a wise guy, Sonny, played by Chaz Palminteri, tells them they can stay for one beer. Instead of drinking that beer the biker thugs shake the bottles up and spray the staff while hurling insults at them. Sonny comes back in and tells them, “That wasn’t very nice. Now youse gotta leave.” When the lead biker rudely dismisses him, Sonny walks to the door,...

In the past few years, large public universities have garnered headlines by freezing tuition. Purdue University, the Pennsylvania State System, and every public four-year university in Virginia have all frozen tuition and fees. And three University of North Carolina schools—UNC Pembroke, Western Carolina University, and Elizabeth City State University—have cut tuition to $500 per semester for in-state students. That reduction is a boon to students and parents who must foot the tuition bill. But it is made easier by taxpayer subsidies; state universities aren’t entirely tuition-dependent for their revenues. Small private universities often find it more difficult to keep tuition...

If you’re into long range shooting, its important to understand how the "Coriolis effect" affects your shot at 1000 yards or greater. The Coriolis effect is the rotation of the earth and the movement of a target downrange from the shooter. This is another element that a long distance shooter has to consider for along with wind, rain, snow, distance, elevation and a many other factors. Accounting for all these factors signifies the skill sets needed for precision long range shooting. Here's the laymen's term for "coriolis effect". "if you're shooting West, your target’s gonna rotate up and towards us,...

Subtitle: Conclusions of Jay S. Bybee - Ulysses at the Mast. Bybee’s 1997 work was my first scholarly exposure to the 17th Amendment. Bybee opened my eyes to the central and indispensable place a Senate of the States held in our Framers’ system. Failed democratic republics litter history, and as Western democracies today fail in their first purpose, defense of their borders and culture, we may find James Madison prescient when he warned that “Democracies have ever been spectacles of turbulence and contention; have ever been found incompatible with personal security of the rights of property; and have in general...

Oregon U.S. Dist. Court Judge Michael Simon issued a nationwide injunction stopping the State Department from requiring foreign nationals to show they will be covered by health insurance within 30 days of entering the country before they can be granted a visa. The Judge rejected the Trump’s Administration’s assertion that the new rule is needed to alleviate the burden on US taxpayers of having to supply immigrants with health care. “Inasmuch as it is the unanimous opinion of all right thinking individuals that free health care is a human right, we cannot allow Trump’s deviant minority viewpoint to overrule the...

House Republicans have continually pushed back against Democrats and their impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump's call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. One of the biggest issues the GOP had with this entire saga – besides the fact that the saga is entirely partisan and a witch hunt based on emotions, not fact – is the lack of due process. Democrats started this impeachment process without allowing Republicans to have any say in what was taking place. Republicans couldn't call witnesses or issue subpoenas. The Democrats finally decided to allow Republicans to issue subpoenas and interrogatories, although House Judiciary Committee...
