democrats are getting frantic and truly desperate and I really fear for the physical safety of Attorney General Bill Barr. Just now Maria Bartiromo said that her sources tell her that Nadler will introduce a contempt of Congress resolution on Wednesday. Eric Holder has taught us that such charges may be dismissed summarily and they have no meaning. Obama appointee Judge Amy Berman Jackson declined to hold Holder in contempt. Ater all, Holder was Obama's wing man. You will remember that no democrat had objections to Holder as Attorney General was acting as Obama's personal attorney but now are offended...

Reading MAD is one thing, allowing yourself to live in it is quite another I admit, I occasionally read Mad magazine as a kid. Every feature in it was strange and weird. I was transported to a parallel world of the absurd, the nonsensical. That was, I suppose, part of the attraction. I know I didn’t join their ranks because, in spite of the entertainment value, I still, even now, think it was weird. Not so for millions of others. I scan about 50 or 60 news articles a week, mostly to keep in touch with what is going on...

VIDEO I HATE vertical videos! It is soooo easy to CORRECTLY record videos by holding your cell phone horizontally. This video is a public service announcement to NOT ruin your treasured memories by recording them in the horrible vertical mode.

Today’s Campaign Update (Because The Campaign Never Ends) This past week was the second straight during which multiple major new revelations about “Spygate” – the Obama Administration’s effort to fix the 2016 election and subsequent plot to execute a coup d’etat on a sitting POTUS – came to public light. You can find last week’s review at this link. Here follows a review of what we learned during the course of this week. First, Maria Bartiromo interviewed George Papadopoulous – one of the main targets of the FBI/CIA’s entrapment efforts against Trump officials – on her Sunday morning program, along...

The following RedState article appeared online yesterday. www.redstate.com/elizabeth-vaughn/2019/05/04/leaked-transcript-loretta-lynchs-pre-exoneration-tarmac-meeting-bill-clinton-shows-anxious-speak/ Most people don’t believe in coincidences. Nor should they in this case. The following hypothetical discussion provides a viable explanation that could account for the “surprise” encounter between Loretta Lynch and Bill Clinton on a Phoenix tarmac on June 27, 2016. The fact that the two met while the investigation of Bill’s wife was still pending was sufficient in and of itself to accomplish what they set out to do. And it really doesn’t matter what they said to each other when they met. It is quite possible that the infamous tarmac...

Welcome to 'Unfit to Print,' the new podcast that takes a deep dive into media mistakes, liberal bias, and fake news. In the inaugural episode, Daily Caller White House Correspondent Amber Athey takes on the media's delusion and conspiracy-riddled stories after special counsel Robert Mueller concluded his investigation into Russian collusion.

Fight for the future survival of our free nation While President Donald Trump is producing tremendous results for the United States economy, some left-wing analysts expect him to actually lose the 2020 election. According to polls by liberal media outlets CNN and Morning Consult/Politico, former Vice President Joe Biden is comfortably ahead of the President in a hypothetical 2020 presidential match-up. While other pollsters show the President doing better in terms of his approval rating and getting credit for the strong economy, it seems his re-election bid in 2020 will be much closer than it otherwise should be. In reality,...

The argument for late-term abortion and infanticide reached a new low in the Alabama House of Representatives this week when Rep. John Rogers (D-Birmingham) opposed legislation that would outlaw abortions except in cases where the mother’s life was imperiled by letting the pregnancy result in birth. Rogers vociferously denounced “the foolish and futile effort to prevent expecting mothers from disposing of children they do not want. The toll on society from blocking the birth of unwanted individuals is vast. Everyone connected to these children, as well as the children themselves, are headed for immense suffering and expense. Handling the problem...

After incorrectly reporting that President Trump had discussed former White House counsel Don McGhan’s potential testimony in the House with Russian President Vladimir Putin, NBC News was forced to issue a correction: CORRECTION (May 3,2019, 1:51 p.m. ET): An earlier version of this article incorrectly included one topic that White House press secretary Sarah Sanders said Presidents Trump and Putin discussed on Friday. They did not discuss the possibility of former White House counsel Don McGahn appearing before Congress. Sanders was answering a question from reporters about whether McGahn would testify before Congress.

These leftist idiots would really like to see him die So said some of the demonstrators at a protest in front of the legislative buildings. Under the previous Liberal government, Ontario became the largest indebted sub-sovereign entity IN THE WORLD. Doug Ford and the PC Party swept to power on the promise to reduce spending and lower or eliminate taxes, especially the job killing cap and trade imposed to save the world from climate change and make friends of the Liberal Party rich along the way. By and large, Ford is doing what he promised to do. As expected, there...

Mega Thanks to greasy-chinned Rep. Steve Cohen for coming came up with the best slogan of them all for Democrats in the 2020 race: ‘Pigs in the Trough’! Add an ’s’ to the viral ‘Pig in the Trough’ picture of Democrat Tennessee Rep. Steve Cohen pigging out on the colonel’s Kentucky Fried Chicken on the day after Attorney General William Barr’s Senate testimony. It’s the picture that best describes Democrats on the 2020 campaign trail. Pigs in the Trough Democrats will demolish anything and anybody if it gains them soul-crushing power.

Deep State Playbook: Comparing Plamegate and Russiagate The only “Mueller Report” that matters was not written by Robert Mueller III. It’s written about him, and his co-conspirators. Long before the Russiagate hoax began, the authors examined the Special Counsel methods of then FBI director Robert Mueller, former Deputy Attorney General James Comey, and once U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald, before and during Plamegate. We found that all three acted with an intent to serve and protect the Deep State.

Today I’m going to ‘mindfully’ ignore Hillary’s ongoing whining, whimpering and general lamentation. Today I choose life over the Pale Death. And to that end I’m going in search of my current horticultural obsession, the lovely but elusive Origanum 'Kent Beauty.' I first discovered this flowering herb about 10 years ago – my how time flies! – and most years have had to mail order the plants at a ridiculous price. Recently I’ve found them sporadically at one of 3 nurseries around here, but you have to get there at just the right time because they disappear immediately. This is why...

The Campaign Update Week in Review (Because The Campaign Never Ends) [The week just past as chronicled on the @GDBlackmon Twitter feed.] The week began with the New York Times running a heinously anti-Semitic cartoon on its op-ed page, a day in advance of another synagogue shooting. Things only went downhill from there for the fakest newspaper in America.:

Don’t fool yourself. This latest assault on Attorney General Barr is a coordinated hit job cooked up between the media, the special counsel, and their allies in Congress. And it has only one purpose, to stop or slow Barr’s inquiry into the gross abuses leading up to the effort to spy on the Trump campaign. (snip) “Leaky Bob” Mueller, who repeatedly has violated rules against using the newspaper as a courtroom, recently struck again leaking his March 27, 2019 letter to Attorney General Barr in which he objects to the attorney general’s failure to disclose to the public the introduction...

“Jesus Is in the Restoration Business” (John 21:1-19) So far this Easter season we’ve heard about Jesus appearing to his disciples two times, on Easter Day and then a week later. Today we hear about a third appearance to a group of his disciples. Why does Jesus do this? Why does he manifest himself to his disciples repeatedly during these forty days from his resurrection to his ascension? The most obvious answer is to show that he is indeed alive, risen from the dead, physically, bodily. Christ’s resurrection shows that he who died on the cross now is risen from...

A CNN ‘hypothetical’ poll published this week, shows O’Rourke, Biden, Sanders, Harris and Buttigieg beat Donald Trump head-to-head in 2020 election, should that election be held today. As soon as the poll was made public, Beto was seen at a campaign rally telling the crowd that he’s is the only one that can ‘hypothetically’ beat Donald Trump: “A new poll has us beating Trump by 10 points…It’s only possible because you’ve helped us run a grassroots campaign that stays on the road everyday to go everywhere and listen to everyone — not writing anyone off or taking anyone for granted....

There’s a fascinating debate going on in Wisconsin. Current state law requires that in order to have a liquor license, bars must be closed between 2:30am and 6:00am on Saturday nights, and between 2:00am and 6:00am the rest of the week. But the Democratic National Committee chose Milwaukee to host their 2020 convention, and there are apparently many in the state who just don’t believe that twenty hours per day provide enough drinking time to manage the Democratic party’s national convention. They might need more. There is therefore an effort afoot, allegedly spearheaded by the Wisconsin Restaurant Association – which...
