Liveleak.com was the first internet site to allow Fitna to be viewed on their website. They have only after one day replaced the video with the following statements: "Following threats to our staff of a very serious nature and some ill-informed reports from certain corners of the British media that could directly lead to the harm of some of our staff, LiveLeak.com has been left with no other choice but to remove 'Fitna' from our servers. This is a sad day for freedom of speech on the net but we have to place the safety and well being of our...

As I am somewhat new to doing on-the-ground reporting, and I simply wanted to give these patriots in an out-of-the-way small town their due, their diligence and determination truly struck me today - below 30f, windy and on a busy street corner (Petroleum Street bridge and Front Street). Apparently this particular troop rally has been going on for quite some time (several months), and as I work nights it is quite conceivable that I could miss it (asking for a pass :-) ). Hearing and seeing about these kind of rallies going on in our major metropolitan areas is nothing...

University professor George Nation, is advocating that manufacturers of guns be required to bear financial liability for the harm suffered by persons who have been injured by the criminals using their products. “It’s simple,” Nation said. “If we put the gun makers out of business we will largely put an end to crime.” The professor brushed off arguments implying that his logic would hold food manufacturers liable for the ills of obesity. “If they think to dissuade me by such logic, they’re mistaken,” Nation said. “As far as I’m concerned, food manufacturers should be held liable for obesity. In an...

When asked about the state of the U.S. economy, Hillary Clinton first takes the opportunity to imply some similarity between John McCain and Herbert Hoover. At the same time, Senator McCain delivers a speech addressing, “Senator Obama's fantasy plan for making us safer." Meanwhile, Barack Obama compares Senator Clinton to Walter Mitty, in responding to her "mistake", in recounting her visit to Bosnia, as First Lady. I understand that these tactics are common, for providing political leverage but how do they help our nation? None of the three current Presidential Candidates mentioned are perfect but, though their approaches differ, I...

WASHINGTON — The FBI has narrowed its focus to "about four" suspects in the 6 1/2-year investigation of the deadly anthrax attacks of 2001, and at least three of those suspects are linked to the Army’s bioweapons research facility at Fort Detrick in Maryland, FOX News has learned. Among the pool of suspects are three scientists — a former deputy commander, a leading anthrax scientist and a microbiologist — linked to the research facility, known as USAMRIID.

The essential fact which is preventing resolution of the conflict is this: If Israel is defined as a “Jewish state”, Israel cannot be a democracy. Israel claims to be a democracy, but it is not, because in a democracy there cannot be discrimination on the basis of race, religion or national origin. The original framers of Zionist ideology at the end of the 19th century did not understand or value democracy, and the whole Zionist project has been undemocratic from the very beginning. As a “Jewish state”, Israel discriminates against non-Jews, that is, against the original Palestinian inhabitants of the...

Koch's Comments: The questions asked about ObamaJPOST: Koch's Comments Barack Obama's speech last week addressing his 20-year relationship with his radical pastor, Rev. Jeremiah Wright, was very well done, yet unconvincing. Obama sought to explain that relationship and why he could not end this close association, despite the minister's hate-filled rhetoric. He said, "There will no doubt be those for whom my statements of condemnation are not enough. Why associate myself with Rev. Wright in the first place, they may ask? Why not join another church?" Yes, those are the questions that people are asking. Many of Rev. Wright's incendiary...

Part of the problem is that it's the job of the Delegation Chair in your precinct to let every delegate in that precinct know when and where the convention is. Looking at your precinct, I notice that you are a delegate for Clinton and the Delegation Chair in your precinct supports Obama. The same thing is true in my precinct--I'm for Clinton, and my Delegation Chair, who has never contacted me, is for Obama. It was actually the Obama Precinct Captain who told me, when I asked her a series of questions about the rules a few weeks ago, that...

I was not living in Minnesota when I first contacted the Obama campaign about Obama’s meetings with me in 1999 for the purpose of taking cocaine and sex. Between September 2007 and November, 2007 I left a total of four (4) different cell phone numbers with the office of the Obama campaign. This was necessary because I had to adjust the telephone number to correspond with each new location where I lived in that period. I have explained in my blog how I slowly made my way north to Minnesota before settling there. I have never said that I met...

I guess things must not be going well with Joe Wilson's (and wife Valerie Plame's) movie. It was hyped bigtime over a year ago and now that Warner Bros project appears to have dropped out of sight. I sure know Wilson's book is way down in the DUMPS at #1,310,194 in Amazon. The paperback edition isn't doing much better at #266,321. This might explain Joe Wilson's over-the-top partisanship in favor of Hillary. 'Fess up, Joe. What did Hillary promise you? The Secretary of State slot if she is elected president? In any event, it is entertaining to watch Wilson...

ABC's "Dancing With the Stars" 2008 continues on and in this weekly review we go over the dancers, the songs, the partners. As always there will be acerbic commentary, fashion wisdom and brickbats or compliments as required. All with pics and video you'll find nowhere else on the Internet. Also we'll drop in on "The Bachelor...London Calling" to see how Brit Matt Grant is making out and what members of his cadre of groupies are still left or were thrown over the bow. The Angry Chinese Blogger posted this nice little translation dictionary on his page. I agree with most. But he did leave a few out. 1) You're a foreigner, you wouldn't understand I'm Chinese and I don't understand either, but I'm not going to admit it 2) Because China has 5000 years of history A) Because I can't think of a better reason right now B) ..... Just because

Richard Carroll asked my opinion of General Tony McPeak, and his current support of the far, Socialist-Left. He is co-chairman of Obama’s National Election Committee. I have been asked the same question by many others. Rich wrote this and asked for as much coverage as possible, so I am sending it to everyone on my list. I consider this a weak version of how I really feel about Wesley Clark, Tony McPeak, the traitor Army Generals, and the rest of their ilk who are supporting the far-left in this election. Most, if not all, waited until they thought there was...

Found this interesting forum over at a web site called http://www.anti-cnn.com/ here are some highlights. Go read the rest, Its a riot. Pun intended. 1. I am a westernerä½ å¥½ï¼å°ä¸èµ·ï¼Œè‹±æ–‡ # `5 Z z! o4 m* kI want to tell you all that not all Western people are ignorant. I am from the UK and I am appalled at the bias of the Western media. I expect it from FOX or Sky News but not from supposedly "impartial" news agencies like the BBC and CNN Tibetans are murdering innocent Chinese people just because they live there, yet there are still pro-Tibet...

Shanghai Daily And the Beat goes on. Today I read in the Shanghai Daily a report by a Chinese Government hack named Zhou Yan. He parrots the official party line of the Chinese government about the Tibet riots. Calling the western media liars and etc. We have seen it posted on my site and many others for days now. This is not new. He does however add a few things that I would like to talk about.

I received a phone call from our daughter late tonight. It seems the mother of an old high school friend just passed away, and she wanted me to look in our local newspaper to find out when the funeral is, on the off chance that she might be able to attend. About halfway through our conversation, she mentioned the following, kind of as an afterthought -- which just goes to show how different mothers and daughters can be in their sense of what is important, or of interest, to tell one another. :) Mandy and her best friend attended...

Barack Obama's latest revelation, "Had the reverend not retired, and had he not acknowledged that what he had said had deeply offended people and were inappropriate and mischaracterized what I believe is the greatness of this country, for all its flaws, then I wouldn't have felt comfortable staying at the church," makes me wonder where the people of integrity are that witnessed Obama in the pews during one of Wright's racist, anti-American rants. Is there not one congregate of Trinity that has the integrity to tell the truth? That they personally saw Obama in the pews when Wright went on...

Puerto Rican Governor Acevedo Vila, a Democratic party superdelegate pledged to Barack Obama, has been charged with 19 counts in a campaign finance probe, including conspiracy to violate U.S. federal campaign laws and giving false testimony to the FBI. AP: Gov. Anibal Acevedo Vila was charged Thursday with 19 counts in a campaign finance probe, including conspiracy to violate U.S. federal campaign laws and giving false testimony to the FBI. Daily Market Commentary for March 27, 2008 from Millennium-Traders.Com Today was a Super Whipper, Chippie Market trading session. Wild trading whips were felt by even the most experienced day traders today. Needless to say, at the closing bell you could almost hear a roar of sighs of relief that the trading day was finally over. Major indices held in negative territory through the trading session as Crude Oil once again surged higher at over $108 a barrel and the Dollar moved in the opposite direction to lose more value. Moving into the close of this week, anticipation is very high...
