Even though Sarah Palin has been a mayor and a governor, the day she became John McCain's surprise pick as Republican running mate, the former Alaska Governor has been cross-examined vigorously and exposed to tough questions all in an attempt to prove that she's inexperienced. On Friday, Palin took to FOX News and proved she is not only experienced, but confident and ready to offer an unscripted response to anyone's words of wisdom. Palin appeared on America's Nightly Scoreboard on Fox Business and had a quick response when Host David Asman informed Palin that Chris Christie had told Fox Business...

In front of an Alaskan backdrop of mountains and a lake, Sarah Palin had a busy, busy night on television Friday. She found time to tweak a fellow Republican, dismiss the president, and scold a top rated Fox News talk show host. Palin opened by questioning New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie's toughness and attacking President Barack Obama for naivete. After that, she preached about cutting various government programs to Bill O'Reilly before telling him not to interrupt her. All in a night's work. On America's Nightly Scoreboard, host David Asman informed Palin that Christie had told Fox Business News that...

Poor Bret Baier can’t even get ’90s sitcom celebrities to properly remember his name when they call him a “scared asshole” on national TV, which they are still on for some reason. Thus was his misfortune last night on Real Time, as Bill Maher’s panel evaluated Bill O’Reilly’s pre-Super Bowl interview with President Obama and Matthew Perry chimed in to compare that interview to the one “Bill” Baier did with the president a while ago, which he found only marginally more acceptable. Real Time isn’t exactly a place for euphemisms, but last night’s panel was particularly abrasive, even for the...

Pot meet kettle. During all the Bush years, there were few harsher critics of the White House than HBO “Real Time” host Bill Maher. Now, Maher is taking issue with Fox News Channel host Bill O’Reilly’s Super Bowl interview with President Barack Obama. On Tuesday night’s “The Last Word with Lawrence O’Donnell” on MSNBC, Maher attacked O’Reilly for his treatment of Obama. “Well, actually he tried so hard. I mean, this man – I saw him with Bill O’Reilly as I’m sure a lot of people did in this country before the Super Bowl,” Maher said. “And all I could...

Obama: I'm not moving to center By John T. Bennett - 02/06/11 06:23 PM ET President Obama on Sunday dismissed the notion that his administration in recent weeks has pivoted toward the political center to raise his approval ratings as the 2012 campaign nears. After ushering through Congress measures to throw a lifeline to troubled U.S. corporations, stimulate the economy and dramatically overhaul the nation’s healthcare system, Obama has since cut a deal with congressional Republicans on taxes and called for a freeze on most federal spending. But when pressed Sunday during a live interview with Fox’s Bill O’Reilly on...

Al Gore responds to Bill O’Reilly on snow-climate nexus By Ben Geman - 02/01/11 03:36 PM ET Al Gore is taking Fox News pundit Bill O’Reilly up on his request to address this winter’s severe snowstorms. O’Reilly on the Jan. 27 edition of The O’Reilly Factor asked, “Why has southern New York turned into the tundra,” adding, “I have a call in to Al Gore.” The former vice president and climate activist provided a response on his website Tuesday. “I appreciate the question,” Gore wrote. “As it turns out, the scientific community has been addressing this particular question for some...

Last week on his show Bill O’Reilly asked, “Why has southern New York turned into the tundra?” and then said he had a call into me. I appreciate the question. As it turns out, the scientific community has been addressing this particular question for some time now and they say that increased heavy snowfalls are completely consistent with what they have been predicting as a consequence of man-made global warming: “In fact, scientists have been warning for at least two decades that global warming could make snowstorms more severe. Snow has two simple ingredients: cold and moisture. Warmer air collects...

Sadly, FOX News led by the pompous, self-righteous and arrogant Bill O’Reilly have failed and actually betrayed the American people when it comes to upholding these pillars of Good Journalism. This is especially true as it relates to the USURPATION of the presidency of the United States and the sham court-martial, conviction and imprisonment of U.S. Army LTC Terrence Lakin.

Guess we could get used to Bill a few octaves higher . . . Radio host Lionel has predicted that Barack Obama will "come close" to gelding [castrating] Bill O'Reilly when the president does an interview with the Fox News host on Super Bowl Sunday. View video here.

Tonight, Bill O'Reilly opened the Factor with an angry rant related to yesterday's highly anticipated WikiLeaks event, during which he stated that those who leak to the "despicable" web site are "traitors" who "should be "executed." O'Reilly's full statement, inside. Here's the rant, during which O'Reilly also went after President Obama for not making a statement related to the leak, and PFC Bradley Manning—suspected of a previous leak to WikiLeaks—who he said should be given life in prison with hard labor:

Most people don’t understand the philosophy behind Affirmative Action so John Stossell decided to display it in action by holding an Affirmative Action Bake Sale and the results were pretty humorous! Cupcakes were $1.50 for Asians (because they have an unfair advantage by being so smart), $1.00 for white people and $.50 for black/latino people- since we have to make amends for racism. Point made! The 23-year-old student hacker, Mitchell Frost, who hacked into the websites of Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly and fellow FNC personality and conservative pundit, Ann Coulter, was sentenced to 30 months in prison. Along with the prison sentence, Frost has been ordered to pay restitution: $40,000 to O’Reilly and $10,000 to the University of Akron, where the student had been studying during the crime. The Ohio student pleaded guilty in May to using school computers and networks to access the sites. Between August 2006 and March 2007, Frost hacked into Frost was in his first year at the school when he...

Full story in two parts: Part 1Part 2...“when you say ‘Muslims did this, do you mean Muhammed Ali?’” No, he means “Muslims” those “Muslims” the ones who did it. But what of Muhammed Ali? To my knowledge he never hurt anyone (outside of the ring) but the fact is that due to his association with the Nation of Islam, when Malcolm X was murdered Muhammed Ali did, in fact, state that anyone who comes against the prophet deserves death. Likewise, due to his involvement with Islam, Cat Stevens aka Yusuf Islam supported the attempts to murder Salman Rushdie for writing,...

National Patronizing Radio By Geoffrey Norman on 10.22.10 @ 6:09AM Anna Christopher, who is "senior manager of media relations" at National Public Radio, spent yesterday doing some serious explaining. Most of us probably didn't know that NPR had any managers of media relations, much less a senior one, and certainly didn't care. NPR is free to waste money any way it chooses, even if some of the money does come from taxpayers. Anyway, seems Ms. Christopher was called upon to manage the media regarding NPR's firing of Juan Williams for saying something inconsistent with the company line. The problem was...

CAIR shut down Juan Williams this week. Juan was the lib we could tolerate. I tried calling a multitude of CAIR offices asking their opinion on homosexuality :) Surprise the leaders were out of the country (most likely on a terrorist recruiting mission IMO). You can say CAIR is some fringe organization but look what CAIR has done in the past 2 years. 1) Fire Juan Willaims from NPR 2) Ban Michael Savage from the UK 3) Boycott Fox News 4) Team up with the gay facist group media matters
