Sarah Palin made an appearance on The O’Reilly Factor last night to test her mettle on one of the biggest issues in the political sphere today: illegal immigrants. Bill O’Reilly grilled her on specifics to finding a solution to the problem and, in her responses, Palin made it very clear that immigration may be the one substantive issue around which she has a tight grip. Palin was adamant that illegal immigrants should not be “rewarded the bad behavior” and continued along in this vein until O’Reilly stopped her, in a very similar manner to how he stopped Univisión anchor Jorge...

"Even a simple guy such as me can figure out these words from the U.S. Constitution," Bill O'Reilly writes in a July 2 editorial commenting on the recent Supreme Court McDonald decision. “The right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.” That’s contained in the Second Amendment. So why did four Supreme Court justices last week vote to infringe on the right to bear arms? Why indeed? Still, for O'Reilly to be championing "shall not be infringed" absolutism seems a bit of a disconnect. After all, we're talking about a guy who earlier this year...

On CNN’s ‘Reliable Sources,’ Rolling Stone’s Michael Hastings responds to Bill O’Reilly calling him a ‘far-left critic.’ O’Reilly brought to light Hastings’ criticism of Republicans, including his calling Rudy Giuliani a “maniac.” Hastings said, “If Bill O’Reilly is calling you a ‘far-left critic,’ in my book no matter what your political persuasion is, that probably means you’re doing a good job.”

Twice last week, Bill O'Reilly booked conservative Republican stars on his show--Sarah Palin and Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.) -- and came at them from the unexpected stance of defending President Obama. With Palin, he defended Obama's handling of the BP spill. With Bachmann, he disagreed with her criticism of how the BP escrow fund was set-up. All of that sparked an outraged rant from radio host Mark Levin, which the Right Scoop has captured and put online. In it, Levin makes the case that a lot of conservatives who don't have to worry about re-election are making--that, yes, the president...

On the O’Reilly Factor, Glenn Beck and Bill O’Reilly debate the significance of Obama’s “kick ass” comment. Beck told O’Reilly he thinks Obama was speaking to the radical progressives like Van Jones when he made the comment, not the American people. O'Reilly does not really think there is any real significance to what Obama said.

TIME's Mark Halperin implies the Drudge Report is racist for running the headline "Obama Goes Street: Seeking 'Ass To Kick.'" "You know Matt Drudge ... Matt Drudge knew exactly what he was doing with that headline," Halperin said on FOX News' "O'Reilly Factor." "He thought it was cool and hip, but he knew full well that it was provocative and racial ... he knows how to tap into the sentiment of his readers," Halperin added. O'Reilly wasn't buying that criticism of President Obama is based on his skin color.

Here is video of Bill O’Reilly calling for a “Federal Investigation” of job offers made by Obama’s White House to Senate Candidates Joe Sestak in Pennsylvania, and Andrew Romanoff in Colorado in order to influence elections. The job offers violate Federal Law by offering Government Jobs in order to impact the course of elections. O’Reilly ended by asking, “Are you hearing me, Attorney General Holder?” Let’s hope a growing chorus from the media and the public will call for an independent investigation into these two scandals.

Bill O'Reilly wants Lady Gaga on his Fox News show ASAP. On last evening's "O'Reilly Factor," O'Reilly sat down with Jane Skinner to discuss Gaga's interview the previous evening on Larry King's show -- though, O'Reilly did also use the opportunity for a little swipe at the CNNer, saying, "Unfortunately, nobody watches Larry, so nobody saw it." (Check out the ratings from King's show on our Scoreboard.) "Lady Gaga did turn down our request for an interview," the FNC host admitted. O'Reilly doesn't exactly pretend to be the pop-star's biggest fan and said he was confused by her CNN appearance,...

Then why does he (O'Reilly) describe his pal and frequent guest, Marc Lamont Hill, as a "Liberal" when he is a Black Liberation revolutionary communist?? The information on Hill's radical ideology is easily accessible. O'Reilly is a complete buffoon! He has Beck on on an almost nightly basis apparently just to mock his efforts and belittle him.The Extreme Makeover of Fox News: Analyst Marc Lamont Hill ["Black Liberation" revolutionary communist] Accuracy In Media - AIM Column ^ | October 2, 2009 | Cliff Kincaid Who would plaster his Twitter page with police mug shot photos of convicted cop-killer Assata Shakur?...

Here is video of Bill O'Reilly tonight in a shootout with P.J. Crowley, State Department Spokesman, over actions by Assistant Secretary of State Michael Posner in discussing human rights with China. Posner essentially apologized for the Arizona law to the Chinese. O'Reilly pressed Crowley on why Posner would raise the Arizona anti-illegal immigration law as an example of possible "human rights" violations with the Chinese. O'Reilly read Crowley's words from the transcript, but Crowley tried to spin the statement as not being what he said. He then asked Crowley what Hillary Clinton thinks about Posner's remarks. He said Hillary Clinton...

Hey Bill, On the April 15th, 2010 broadcast of the O’Reilly Factor, you played a little too fast and loose with the truth when discussing the case of Lt. Col Terry Lakin. Lakin, whom we both recall refused orders to deploy to Afghanistan, cited lingering doubts over the constitutionality of Barack Obama’s presidency, and by extension, the legality of his orders to deploy. Before we get started, a word of advice: You should really skip the “Humble Correspondent” bit, your ego is enormous and dwarfed only by Obama’s. Your entire segment on Lakin was so laden with eye-rolls, snarky facial...

Here is video of Bill O'Reilly interviewing former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney last night, where he pressed him hard on what he called the "fiscal disaster" of RomneyCare. Romney said it is essentially costing what they expected it to cost. He also claimed the plan takes people who had no health care and gives them a chance to purchase private, market-based health care. Romney argued that RomneyCare differs from ObamaCare in that it is a state-based solution rather than a Federal Program! He finally admitted that his plan in Massachusetts has NOT brought health care costs down, and he said...

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 37% of voters nationwide favor a national sales tax if the money is used to pay for health care for all Americans, but 51% oppose that idea. These findings are unchanged from December. Take health care out of the equation, however, and opposition to a national sales tax on all goods and services is higher. Only 22% favor a national sales tax as a way for the government to raise more money, while 60% are opposed. Eighteen percent (18%) are undecided. Sixty percent (60%) of voters nationwide think tax increases hurt...

There is $10,000 just waiting to be picked up by Al Sharpton. That is the prize money that Andrew Breitbart has offered to anyone who can reveal a video of Tea Party protestors in Washington, D.C. on March 20 who supposedly screamed the N-word at Congressman John Lewis. This "incident" first came to light when David Kerly breathlessly reported on it for ABC's World News Tonight: ...In fact, Cleaver, Emanuel Cleaver was together with John Lewis – they were walking over to the Capitol when somebody spit on Congressman Cleaver and yelled the ‘N’ word at Congressman Lewis. Cleaver was...

Charles Krauthammer warns viewers of Bill O’Reilly that the passage of ObamaCare will lead to the value-added tax, or VAT. The Europeans have it, in part to fund the national nanny states, and the US will need it to create the “river of revenue” that ObamaCare will require. Meanwhile, Krauthammer — a physician himself — also warns that the Obama administration doesn’t need a public option, as the insurance companies will become arms of the government, just like public utilities
