A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 37% of voters nationwide favor a national sales tax if the money is used to pay for health care for all Americans, but 51% oppose that idea. These findings are unchanged from December. Take health care out of the equation, however, and opposition to a national sales tax on all goods and services is higher. Only 22% favor a national sales tax as a way for the government to raise more money, while 60% are opposed. Eighteen percent (18%) are undecided. Sixty percent (60%) of voters nationwide think tax increases hurt...

There is $10,000 just waiting to be picked up by Al Sharpton. That is the prize money that Andrew Breitbart has offered to anyone who can reveal a video of Tea Party protestors in Washington, D.C. on March 20 who supposedly screamed the N-word at Congressman John Lewis. This "incident" first came to light when David Kerly breathlessly reported on it for ABC's World News Tonight: ...In fact, Cleaver, Emanuel Cleaver was together with John Lewis – they were walking over to the Capitol when somebody spit on Congressman Cleaver and yelled the ‘N’ word at Congressman Lewis. Cleaver was...

Charles Krauthammer warns viewers of Bill O’Reilly that the passage of ObamaCare will lead to the value-added tax, or VAT. The Europeans have it, in part to fund the national nanny states, and the US will need it to create the “river of revenue” that ObamaCare will require. Meanwhile, Krauthammer — a physician himself — also warns that the Obama administration doesn’t need a public option, as the insurance companies will become arms of the government, just like public utilities

This weekend the talk show programs were buzzing about an interchange between Congressman Weiner and Bill O'Reilly. The essence of the interchange centered around O'Reilly trying to force a mysteriously reluctant Weiner to admit that the enforcement agency in the new health care bill was the IRS. Weiner ducked and dodged and, in the end, refused to admit that IRS was going to pursue people who didn't purchase health care insurance. During the on air interview on Fox the Congressman flat-out refused to admit that in the new bill the IRS were designated as the agency of enforcement. According to...

When asked about the worst aspect of ObamaCare, Governor Palin responded: “We’ve already talked about federal unfunded mandates that will bury our states that have budgetary problems and businesses that have budgetary problems and now will be forced to purchase something we don’t want or don’t need, and government will be telling us to do it anyway. This of course takes away so many of our choices and puts government between our doctors and our patients.”

When former New York Times editor Howell Raines decided to attack the Fox News Channel and blame the news outlet for President Barack Obama's shortcomings, there was bound to be a response. And delivering that response was "The O'Reilly Factor" host Bill O'Reilly, who called his show "the signature broadcast" of the network. O'Reilly dismissed Raines as a lunatic. However he was also critical of The Washington Post for giving him an outlet to trot out his ranting. "[I] think there is a more important thing in play here," O'Reilly said. "The Washington Post has given this guy Raines a...

Ludacris has made peace with his much-publicized enemy, Fox News anchor Bill O'Reilly, after running into the controversial right-wing pundit at a recent dinner. "The first thing I said to him was, 'I want to meet the guy who has had so much to say about me, but knows absolutely nothing about me,' " Ludacris told RadarOnline.com. "I identified that I wanted to speak to him when I saw his name on the guest list. I looked at what table he was on and I walked my ass straight to that table," Luda continued. "He wasn't expecting to see me...

On Friday, February 19th, highly popular radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh played a little game with someone who called in to his program. The topic was President Barack Obama and his legislative agenda. Limbaugh proceeded to answer his listener's queries concerning why Bill O'Reilly, the host of the O'Reilly Factor (FOX News Channel) would never refer to Obama as a socialist. Limbaugh began to role play, saying, "I'm Bill O'Reilly. Barack Obama is not a socialist..." The message was clear. Limbaugh was aware of the game O'Reilly has been playing since Obama was elected to office. Well, some might...

Recently on "The O'Reilly Factor," Bill O'Reilly seemed very concerned about President Obama being described as a socialist by members of the right such as Rush Limbaugh. O'Reilly has often dodged calling the president a socialist, as if doing so would condemn Obama as a tyrannical dictator. It was discussed throughout the show with various guests, and O'Reilly frequently stated that yes, Obama is a far-left guy, but he didn't want to use the actual term "socialist." It would be too much. Here in Britain we look at the continuing battle as to whether Obama is a socialist or not...

Bill Nye the Science Guy was totally clobbered in a debate against meteorologist Joe Bastardi from AccuWeather over global warming on the O'Reilly Factor last night. The utterly mortifying results of this debate are what occur when an actual scientist with a degree in meteorology, Joe Bastardi, debates a pro-global warming, self-professed "scientist" in Bill Nye whose biggest claim to fame, ridiculously, was hosting a pre-teen kids show on PBS during the 90s. Bill Nye, of course, shocked his one or two, remaining fans (who can even remember him) from his 90s TV show when he went on Rachel Maddow's...

·11250 Waples Mill Road · Fairfax, Virginia 22030 ·800-392-8683 Bill O’Reilly On Citizens Maintaining Second Amendment Rights During States Of Emergency: “That’s a pretty extreme position.” Friday, February 19, 2010 As we have often reported, in the wake of the illegal gun confiscations in New Orleans following Hurricane Katrina, NRA focused its attention on legislation to amend existing emergency-powers statutes to guarantee that local authorities never again attempt the confiscation of lawfully owned firearms during states of emergency. As you know, following Hurricane Katrina, many New Orleans residents legally armed themselves to protect their lives and property from civil disorder....

Limbaugh [as O'Reilly] All I'm telling you is that we've got to give socialism a fair shake for "the folks." I'm not going to sit here and and condemn it like these really - right wingers are. We gotta give socialism a fair shake, and we here at the Factor are going to give socialism - even communism - a fair shake. We'll do an in-depth investigation. We'll report back because we're not knee-jerking; we're looking out for you, "the folks." Well, we just don't like all this Obama-bashing here at the Factor. That's for those extreme right-wingers. The Obama-bashing,...

Is the Tea Party-connected group, the Oath Keepers, an "extremist right" group as the partisan bomb-throwers on the left have been fond of alleging? That's the proverbial question of the day as Oath Keepers founder, Stewart Rhodes, made an appearance on the self-proclaimed "humble correspondent's," Bill O'Reilly's, No-Spin Zone. His appearance was the direct result of O'Reilly opening up this question of so-called "radicalism" among Tea Party supporters by hosting committed left-winger, Mark Potok (handsome devil, if you call overly gelled, curly hair and overly big eyeglasses "handsome"), of the Southern Poverty Law Center on his show a day before....
