    The state of texas in a whole are a bunch of redneck habitual civil rights violators. I've had several encounters with the powers that be mostly in the city of san antonio. They keep the city downtown clean and nice for tourists by locking people up in the bexar county jail. They receive money for each head in there, so you know it is overcrowded.
