WASHINGTON (AP) -- House Speaker John Boehner (BAY'-nur) says former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton must turn over her computer server to a neutral third party. The Ohio Republican told reporters on Tuesday that Clinton surrender all of her emails so an independent party can decide what was personal and what was government-related.
