As the first anniversary of the attack approaches, TC, now 30, and his family are still putting their lives back together. Intensive speech therapy through a program in Canada is one way; he wants to read again to his 2-year-old son, Jack. He also wants to teach him soccer someday. He wants to return to work and provide for Jack and Abby. TC and his family are also still absorbing how their lives will never be the same.

Police have made an arrest in relation to a "weapons-laden" vehicle near a G20 venue in downtown Toronto. A 53-year-old man was arrested near the Novotel hotel on The Esplanade, near Yonge Street. PALMDALE, Calif. (AP) - A 13-year-old boy allegedly killed a 15-year-old by hitting him in the head with a bat during an argument at the end of a Pony League baseball game, authorities said Wednesday. The 15-year-old was pronounced dead at a hospital following the attack, which occurred shortly after 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Los Angeles County sheriff's Deputy Alba Yates said.
