At least one explosion has rocked the Pakistani city of Rawalpindi, near the capital Islamabad. Several people were reported injured, some of them seriously. A convoy carrying President Pervez Musharraf had passed by just before the blast but he was unhurt, one report said, quoting a military spokesman.
