Authorities have identified a Kingston man as the owner of a large stash of illegal arms, some of them military weapons, banned for civilian use. The weapons cache was found in storage units in Pembroke and Kingston. Police in Pembroke and Kingston allege the weapons belong to Donald Govoni, 47, of Kingston.
