MONTREAL: A Moroccan man facing deportation from Canada as a national security threat is a "dormant agent" of al-Qaeda, the government says. The allegations by the Canadian Security Intelligence Service are contained in declassified court documents involving a security certificate issued against Adil Charkaoui.
