A California man who said he was angry that the U.S. Supreme Court may soon overturn Roe v. Wade has been charged with threatening to murder Justice Brett Kavanaugh outside his Maryland home early Wednesday morning. Heavy reports court records identified the man as Nicholas John Roske, 26, of Simi Valley, California. Roske was arrested around 1:50 a.m. Wednesday morning near Kavanaugh’s home, according to authorities.
