DENVER — Colorado Secretary of State Scott Gessler announced Monday afternoon that the group seeking to recall Sen. Angela Giron turned in enough valid signatures to force a special recall election later this year. That makes Giron, D-Pueblo, the second state lawmaker who could be recalled for her support of a Democratic package of gun control legislation earlier this year.
