Special Counsel John Durham continues to drop bombshells in filings in the prosecution of former Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann. Just last week, Durham defeated an effort by Sussmann to dismiss the charges. He is now moving to give immunity to a key witness while revealing that the claims made by the Clinton campaign were viewed by the CIA as “not technically plausible” and “user created.” He also revealed that at least five of the former Clinton campaign contractors/researchers have invoked the Fifth Amendment and refused to cooperate in fear that they might incriminate themselves in criminal conduct. Finally, Durham...

Field agents with the FBI had an open investigation in 2014 focused of foreign finances flowing into Hillary Clinton’s fledgling presidential campaign. But instead of receiving the FISA warrant they requested, FBI executive leadership briefed the candidate on the issue.Declassified memos revel that FBI field agents became frustrated with being stonewalled from securing a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant to the point they escalated their request outside the chain of command to then-FBI Director James Comey.“The FISA application has remained in limbo for the last four months, even though subsequent investigative activity by [redacted] provided additional probable cause for...

The House Intelligence Committee has released findings from its upcoming report on the Trump-Russia affair — and its main conclusion is that it has discovered no evidence of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia to influence the 2016 presidential election. "We have found no evidence of collusion, coordination, or conspiracy between the Trump campaign and the Russians," the committee said in a one-page summary of its findings released Monday afternoon. In addition, the committee took issue with the intelligence community assessment of Russian motivations in the 2016 election. The committee agrees with the assessment that the Russians did, in...

It was at that point that Facebook decided to get involved. Andrew Bosworth, a longtime member of the Facebook team who co-invented some of Facebook’s main features such as News Feed, Messenger, Groups, and was previously working as the VP of Ads, took to Twitter to correct both Clinton and Cutler. Bosworth — or Boz as he is popularly known — posted a chart comparing the CPM price of Clinton and Trump’s advertisements. What it showed is that on average, Trump paid more per CPM than Clinton. After some discussion we've decided to share the CPM comparison on Trump campaign...

If we found out that Donald Trump's presidential campaign and the Republican National Committee had paid a firm working for the Russians to create a file of fabricated attacks on Hillary Clinton during the election cycle, would the media treat it as an impeachable offense? Would such efforts be considered an attack on the foundations of our democracy? Would liberal columnists make sensationalist claims that the Russians had "carried out a successful plan to pick the government of the United States"? Would they argue that the election had been rigged? Would they demand that Republicans pick their country over their...

The Federal Election Commission (FEC) has declined a proposal by Democrat Commissioner Ellen Weintraub to undertake new rulemaking regarding alleged foreign influence in the 2016 election to target conservative media including the Drudge Report and Breitbart News, stating it “cannot support proposals that would burden the free speech rights of American citizens based on incomplete information about foreign activities in the 2016 election.” The FEC has declined to consider new rulemaking over alleged foreign influence in the 2016 presidential election that could target conservative media including InfoWars and Breitbart News. In a statement released by Vice Chair Caroline Hunter and...

“It has come to our attention that when offering voter registration opportunities to customers, DMV’s employees offer voter registration materials to DMV customers whom they know to be non-citizens based upon their presentation of a Green Card for identification purposes,” Cegavske wrote. “More specifically, it is our understanding that some DMV employees have been instructed to accept registration materials from all customers, including those who present a Green Card for identification purposes…This practice must cease immediately.

After painful November 2016 losses, Washington Democrats still appear committed to devoting resources to strongholds like California, instead of responding to party pleas to put time and money into Middle America to reconnect with disaffected voters. . . . “We have to talk to those people who take a shower after work, not those who just take a shower before work,” Ohio Democratic Rep. Tim Ryan said after the losses and amid his subsequent, failed effort to replace California Democratic Rep. Nancy Pelosi as House minority leader. He also joined fellow party members in saying Democratic leaders had become too...

Everyone's wondering just what kind of president Donald Trump will make. Democrats and Republicans, liberals and conservatives, and Tories and Whigs (there must still be a few of them tucked away somewhere) who are still talking to one another have embraced timid and tentative expectations. This did not include the haters, the Never Trumpers or the soreheads for Hillary Clinton, who would see the nation fail just to prove themselves right about him. Most of us who appreciate the democratic values and the republic's constitutional framework haven't had a clue as to the attitudes and qualities that will rest comfortably...

Rep. Ed Perlmutter, D-Colo., indicated Thursday that he is exploring all possible procedures at his disposal to delay certification of the Electoral College results during a joint session of Congress on Friday. Perlmutter hasn't committed to putting up a roadblock to finalizing the results, but his office confirmed that he is "reviewing certain laws and the U.S. Constitution as it pertains to efforts to undermine our electoral process." The rules allow lawmakers to protest the counting of Electoral College votes, but because the votes are counted during a joint session of Congress, a senator would also have to protest the...

Trump is far more of a menace than Nixon. Trump will commit impeachable offenses. There is no way to contain him other than removing him from office, before the damage to our democracy is irrevocable. The process of building the impeachment case needs to begin now.

In a year when there were hundreds seismic shifts amid the tectonic plates within the body politic, one of the most important was the revelation that Media Polling is just as brutally biased as the media entities who present the polling results. With election 2016 behind us, and before 2017 arrives, the truth behind the intentionally constructed deception must not simply fade back into the shadows. Never again should the American voter trust the polling presented by corporate media. Everything about it is a financed and manufactured fraud.

On Monday, it was Hillary Clinton who was losing a stream of Electoral College votes to surprising individuals, not Donald Trump. Four Democratic electors in Washington State alone declined to vote for Clinton, who won the state overwhelmingly, and instead threw their votes behind Standing Rock activist Faith Spotted Eagle, former Secretary of State Colin Powell. The Daily Beast reports that Powell, a longtime Republican who supported the Democratic nominee in the last three elections, actually received three of the four rogue votes.

Hillary Clinton is "hurting" following her election loss to Donald Trump, California Sen. Dianne Feinstein said Wednesday. "I think it is fair to say she’s hurting," Feinstein said during an interview with MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell. The Democrat had lunch with Clinton last week when the former secretary of state visited Capitol Hill to attend Nevada Sen. Harry Reid’s retirement party. "She is brave," Feinstein said of Clinton. "She is a real professional in the sense of her values, care, concern. I think all of us know who watch that campaign, it was a very hard campaign for her - the...

On Monday, members of the Electoral College will gather in each state to select a president. We call on them, particularly Republican electors, to deny Donald Trump the presidency — as the Constitution allows and as the Founding Fathers envisioned for a candidate so antithetical to their aspirations for the nation's highest office.

But my fellow Americans, whatever mix of motives led us to create an Electoral College majority for Donald Trump to become President — and overlook his lack of preparation, his record of indecent personal behavior, his madcap midnight tweeting, his casual lying about issues like “millions” of people casting illegal votes in this election, the purveying of fake news by his national security adviser, his readiness to appoint climate change deniers without even getting a single briefing from the world’s greatest climate scientists in the government he’ll soon lead and his cavalier dismissal of the C.I.A.’s conclusions about Russian hacking...

The victory of Donald Trump at US presidential election demonstrates the weakness of "classical" sociology in the face of the Internet because Hillary Clinton was leading in most sociological polls ahead of the vote, Russian presidential advisor for developing Internet German Klimenko told Life Zvuk radio station. "No one on the Internet asked or looked at what people answer. No one monitored how many people like Trump’s messages on Twitter. That’s how we saw for the first time that old sociology turned out to be weaker that the internet, and Clinton lost," Klimenko said. Clinton’s defeat was due to the...

There has been no proof any secret services may somehow influenced the outcome of the presidential campaign in the United States, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said about media reports some Russian hackers, allegedly supervised by Russian secret services, had repeatedly obtained unauthorized access to US servers with the aim to secure Donald Trump’s win. "Enviable regularity various Russian mass media have been publishing such allegations. With enviable regularity many high-ranking US and British Officials have been making such statements and likewise with enviable regularity none of the absolutely groundless claims has been propped up by any information, let alone...

WaPo the always warrior with a poisonous passion in its OBSESSIVE anti Trump-ism, is 100% sure Trump's charge of illegal votes is 'false.' "Donald Trump’s bogus claim that millions of people voted illegally for Hillary Clinton" - Washington Post Nov-27-2016. It's one thing to call it: unproven, another thing to be so certain it's not true with no evidence to base it upon. However, what is so certain is that in 2013: "Supreme Court strikes down Arizona law requiring proof of citizenship to vote - U.S." NBC - Jun 17, 2013 - The Supreme Court on Monday struck down an Arizona law that requires ... requirement for would-be voters to show proof of U.S....
