The Justice Department’s efforts to restore law and order amid riots and chaos that occurred in the wake of George Floyd’s death have led to the arrest of dozens of individuals over the last two weeks. Federal authorities have charged at least 81 individuals as of 5:25 p.m. on June 12, according to a document, obtained by The Epoch Times, that outlines details of the arrests made since late May when the nationwide protests began. Among those charges, about 40 were arrested for committing acts of violence including using Molotov cocktails, setting fires, damaging property, and looting. While many of...

We were waiting in line to attend a Hillary rally in Phila on 10/22/16. We were told we must fill out a form about our personal information...call it a ticket....or you will not be allowed in to the rally. Then we ask a few other volunteers and they are all confused by the lies they were told to tell all those waiting in line for the rally. All this crazy need to get ones information seems pretty Orwellian. And then to lie and tell all in attendance you HAVE to fill it out to get in. And the sheeple sat...

Protesters have defaced a statue of Philadelphia abolitionist Matthias Baldwin, dousing it with paint and spray-painting the word “colonizer” on the pedestal. It was not immediately clear if the protesters were part of an organized group such as Antifa. The graffiti has since been cleaned off the statue, as Joe Walsh, a member of the Friends of Matthias Baldwin Park, told National Review in an email. The statue itself stands outside Philadelphia City Hall. The statue was vandalized at some point during the days of demonstrations that occurred in Philadelphia, a spokesperson for the mayor’s office said in an email....

A United Nations human rights expert is recommending changes in the way protests are handled in the United States, saying the process of issuing permits for demonstrations is “arbitrary” and could easily lead to discrimination against certain groups. Maina Kiai of Kenya, U.N. special rapporteur on freedom of peaceful assembly and of association, offered preliminary findings Wednesday from his visits this month to seven U.S. cities — including the sites of this year’s Democratic and Republican political conventions — to investigate how the U.S. upholds its citizens’ rights of assembly and association. Kiai’s full report to the United Nations will...

[Is the Bill of Rights a Bad Joke? pt. 2] . Attorney General William Barr should send a letter to the Supreme Court stating that the 2016 election investigation violated the Constitution because it was based in part on an unverified dossier provided by a British MI6 agent who conceded that it might only be 70% to 90% accurate. Most people don't understand that the Bill of Rights provisions regulating law enforcement weren't added to the Constitution to protect killers and thieves. The provisions were added to the Constitution to prevent corrupt law enforcement agencies from misusing the criminal justice...

Vote-by-mail would federalize a state-based electoral system, introducing something Democrats tend to use when they're desperate for a win: chaos. Leftists know that changing the rules of the game can bring victory, and have long tried to change election rules to do just that. When COVID-19 came, facing a contentious race with a populist incumbent president, Democrats turned to their vast network of money-men, many under the umbrella of the “dark money” empire known as the Arabella Network, and set about using the new crisis to their advantage. Their latest push is an expansion of vote-by-mail and its cousin, ballot...

The following is a repost of a discussion about what the Russian hackers were really doing in 2016. Robert Mueller and his staff may be covering up the biggest act of espionage in the United States since the acquisition of atomic secrets by the Russians at the start of the Cold War. Mueller is supposed to be investigating what the Russian hackers called "Fancy Bear" did during the 2016 election. However, he continues to ignore an Associated Press expose indicating Fancy Bear focused on non-partisan email users including defense industry employees and those in the intelligence community. According to the...

Former Fox News host Brit Hume has seen a lot on his career in media that spans five decades. He’s still a regular fixture on the network, serving as a senior political analyst, but he has cited one event that has been a total trainwreck for the industry: The Trump-Russia collusion hoax. From the get-go, it started out as sour grapes from liberals. How could Hillary lose; Trump must’ve cheated? This circus began quickly. As we now know, former President Barack Obama held a key meeting on January 5, 2017—days before the Trump inauguration—to lay out his game plan for...

President Trump's spy chief is declassifying information that shows former CIA Director John Brennan "suppressed" information intelligence showing Russia wanted Hillary Clinton to win the 2016 election. Fox News chief White House correspondent Ed Henry said Tuesday evening that "it could get sticky" for Brennan, who served as CIA director under former President Barack Obama, for his role in developing the 2017 intelligence community assessment on Russian election interference that determined with "moderate" to "high" confidence that Russian President Vladimir Putin and the Kremlin sought to boost President Trump's 2016 election chances. "There's other intel that may have been more...

There is no evidence that Russian President Vladimir Putin is a master at the board game called "chess", but he is a grand master at a real life version of the game. In 2016. he began an operation to discredit the American system of elections. He took advantage of the basic stupidity of many American politicians and journalists to create the delusion that he had colluded with Donald Trump to affect the presidential election. Putin was a Lieutenant Colonel in the KGB, the highly effective Soviet Secret Police. If the Russians had been trying to elect Trump, any Russian contact...

Soros told the Independent he has rooted for Trump’s downfall, and the president is succeeding in granting him his wish. “I have put my faith in Trump to destroy himself, and he has exceeded my wildest expectations,” Soros said in the interview published Monday. In response to the interviewer’s remark about Trump not representing the “values of an open and free society,” Soros said it’s a “weakness that I hope will not last very long.”

“It was an easy decision,” Barr said in an interview with CBS News, which aired Friday. He added: “I think easy because once I saw all the facts and some of the tactics used by the FBI in this instance and also the legal problems with the case, it was an easy decision.” Documents from the FBI’s investigation of Flynn show that Comey “purposely went around the Justice Department” in an effort to interview Flynn about his contacts with Russia’s ambassador, Barr said.

VIDEO Watch the predictions confidently asserted by Steve Schmidt in 2016, completely lacking any hint of self-doubt, that Donald Trump and the Republicans would be decisively defeated in November 2016. Why this clown is still allowed to continue pretending that he is some sort of credible pundit is amazing considering his laughable failure which apparently did not teach that arrogant blowhard any sense of humility.

On March 17 and 18, Christopher Steele testified in a British court where he revealed both 2016 Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton and former National Security Adviser Susan Rice knew about his anti-Trump dossier research. According to a transcript obtained by Just the News, Steele told a British court he was hired by Fusion GPS through the Democratic National Committee (DNC) linked law firm Perkins Coie to work for the Clinton campaign. Steele said Fusion GPS owner Glenn Simpson tipped him to the DNC’s role in the anti-Trump dossier. “I presumed it was the Clinton campaign, and Glenn Simpson had...

Turn out the lights, the election's over, and Trump has lost! So says Joe "Swami" Scarborough. On today's Morning Joe, Swami Scarborough repeatedly ripped as "idiots" Republicans who favor a faster re-opening of the country, and ultimately said: "These conserv -- not conservatives, they're idiots. These Trumpists who think that they're finding a way forward politically by attacking stay-at-home orders, they're the 10%, they're the 15%, they're in a minority. If they think this is how they're going to rebuild the future of the Republican party after Trump loses this fall, they are badly mistaken!" Get the rest of the...

The Trump-Russia collusion allegations were always a myth. The more we learn about this coordinated effort between Fusion GPS, the Democrats who hired them, and a former MI6 spook, Christopher Steele, hired to compile the now-infamous Trump dossier—the more shambolic it looks. Steele’s work was the basis for the conspiracy theories that engulfed the American news media for two years. There were memos about some dirt the Russians had on Trump which could be weaponized for blackmail. It was all a fantastic lie. There was no collusion. Not a single shred of evidence came to light and every time there...

The Senate Judiciary Committee released a declassified transcript of FBI source Stefan Halper’s conversation in September 2016 with George Papadopoulos. The transcript shows that Halper name-checked several former Russian intelligence officials who he has met throughout his storied career. The former Cambridge professor plied Papadopoulos with questions about the Trump campaign’s possible collusion with Russia and WikiLeaks. It wasn’t long into his conversation with George Papadopoulos at a prestigious social club in London weeks before the 2016 election that FBI confidential informant Stefan Halper mentioned his links to several retired Russian spies. “I have a lot of friends in Russia,”...

The Democratic National Committee’s legal team, bolstered by Obama White House lawyers, moved to dismiss a lawsuit from onetime Trump campaign adviser Carter Page, arguing the "gist" of British ex-spy Christopher Steele's controversial dossier was true. In January, Page filed a lawsuit against the DNC, powerhouse law firm Perkins Coie, and its lawyers Marc Elias and Michael Sussmann, alleging they maliciously engaged in a defamatory conspiracy in 2016 that cast false light on his character and interfered with his ability to make a living. “The Defendants are private actors who used false information, misrepresentations, and other misconduct to direct the...
