FROMMER Associated Press WASHINGTON - A new poll by the University of Minnesota's Humphrey Institute found independent candidate Ralph Nader polling at 5 percent, enough to possibly cost Democrat John Kerry the state. The poll, which showed Nader with more support than other recent polls, had President Bush and Kerry in a statistical dead heat: Bush at 47 percent and Kerry at 44 percent, within the survey's margin of error of plus or minus 4 percentage points.
