On Monday, a version of Donald Trump’s motion to compel discovery in the Mar-a-Lago documents case was released by Judge Aileen Cannon with much of the information originally redacted by Biden’s special counsel Jack Smith being unredacted. In one section titled "Early Indications of NARA Bias," which was heavily redacted in its original, January 16 version, it now states that NARA General Counsel Gary Stern sent an internal email attaching a draft letter to President Trump’s [Presidential Records Act] representatives. Stern noted that he 'had several conversations' with [White House Office of Records Management]'s [redacted] and that [redacted] had 'raised...

A Swedish company launched an app which allows users to earn money by reporting wrongly parked cars. The residents of Sweden, Uppsala, can now receive 100 kroner (€8,50) for reporting each unlawfully parked car. Planned Parenthood’s just-released annual report reveals that the industry giant performed a record number of abortions last year – 392,715. Planned Parenthood President and CEO Alexis McGill Johnson and Board Chair of Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) Tanuja Bahal introduced its 2022-2023 annual report by referring to the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling that declared Roe v. Wade an unconstitutional event that “took away our right to control our own bodies and lives.” And while the organization’s leaders bemoan that, since the Court’s ruling, “more than 20 states have banned some or all abortions,” the report reveals the group received...

On April 9, the Arizona Supreme Court allowed an 1864 law to be enforced that effectively restricted abortion in all cases except when the life of the mother is in danger. The decision has supercharged the issue of abortion amid an already-contentious election year, forcing Republicans running in the battleground state to address not only the ruling, but the legal status of abortion itself. Conversations with strategists and campaigns reveal that many Republicans are acutely aware of the impact the Arizona Supreme Court’s ruling could have on races up and down the ballot. However, there is no consensus on how...

When the Dobbs ruling overturned Roe v. Wade, we knew the abortion industry would not go away quietly without a fight. As you know, after our amicus brief was cited by the U.S. Supreme Court in overturning Roe, Liberty Counsel has been fighting the abortion industry’s attempts to make killing an unborn child a “right” in state constitutions across the country. Beyond barbaric … Now, the abortion industry is going for a bigger prize — federal legislation to force every state to wipe away all abortion restrictions. The bill even goes so far as to overturn the federal ban on...

Leading that charge yet again has been Angel Hernandez, who continues to be one of the worst umpires in the game. Kennedy, Jr. has been a longtime opponent of requiring voters to show proof of identification to cast a ballot, a number of his resurfaced writings and interviews show. The Democrats definitely have a game plan. Every move they make is part of a bigger scheme, and it even has a name—the Cloward-Piven Strategy. They’re not shy about it, either. The tricky part is that the very cornerstone of their strategy involves causing so much chaos and distraction that it’s hard to keep track of what they’re really doing. Things get confusing, and the lines blur, making it tough to follow what’s actually happening. But remember, this plot is always in motion. The Cloward-Piven Strategy is quietly, yet effectively, dismantling America, one brick at a time. This strategy really...

Watchdogs have slammed California local government for spending billions in overtime pay – with police officers, firefighters, linemen and utility workers earning up to $792,000 in a single year. Short staffing, poor planning, generous union deals and expensive hiring costs all contribute to civil servants relying heavily on overtime, experts told DailyMail.com.
