Social media comments made by JK Rowling challenging Scotland's new hate crime law are not being treated as criminal, Police Scotland has said. The Harry Potter author described several transgender women as men, including convicted prisoners, trans activists and other public figures. The new law creates a new crime of "stirring up hatred" relating to protected characteristics. The force said complaints had been received but no action would be taken. Reacting to the news, Ms Rowling posted on X: "I hope every woman in Scotland who wishes to speak up for the reality and importance of biological sex will be...

The Democrat mayor of Atlantic City’s home was raided by armed police officers last week in what he now calls a “political” attack as police investigated a “family matter.” Mayor Marty Small Sr. said Monday he was approached by two Atlantic City Prosecutor’s Office officers while he was helping his mother-in-law into the car so his wife could take her to get bloodwork done at around 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, Fox 29 reports. The White House is set to approve an $18 billion arms sale to Israel including several dozen F-15 fighter planes. It would be the biggest arms sale by Washington to Tel Aviv since the start of Israel's war against Hamas on October 7. The sale has been under consideration since the United States received a formal request in January 2023. Speeding up the delivery was among the main requests from Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant when he visited Washington last week. Gallant held talks with U.S. officials including Biden's National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan and Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin....

Book Review of Gilbert Achcar Israel’s War on Gaza (Achcar: a militant racist Arab author) February / 2024. Book Review | Israel’s War on Gaza by Barry Finger. Gilbert Achcar, 2023, Resistance Books, pp. 88. It turns out that Dara Horn was overly generous in her concession that ‘People Love Dead Jews.’ The massacre, rape and kidnapping of Israelis—Jews, Arabs, Druze, Asian guest workers—has been lauded, nay touted, on the campuses and streets of every Western city as what Gilbert Achcar in his little book praises as a righteous ‘counter-offensive’ in response to a ‘protracted Nakba of territorial dispossession, ethnic...

Say goodbye to the trucking industry as we know it, and goodbye to the American economy, too. You might have missed it on Good Friday — which you can be sure was no accident — when the Biden EPA released its new tailpipe rules for semi-trucks, but the new rules will destroy how we move goods around the country. It seems like only two weeks ago [It was only two weeks ago, Steve —editor] that I told you about Presidentish Biden's new EPA regulations, coming into effect starting in 2027, that will force two-thirds of new car buyers into electric...

As reported by Campus Reform, Princeton’s Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) recently hosted a “Conversation on the Gaza Genocide with Norman Finkelstein & Chris Hedges.” I personally couldn’t pick either Norman or Chris out in a crowd of two, but Campus Reform noted this:Finkelstein is a controversial anti-Israel speaker and the author of ‘The Holocaust Industry,’ a book asserting that Zionists ‘exploited the Holocaust’ for their own ends and ‘deploy it as a shield against any criticism.’I’m sorry, say again?CR also noted that Finkelstein took to X this past December to assert this: Make no mistake about it. In...

It’s possible that you could soon be flying into, out of or through Donald J. Trump International Airport. H.R.7845 — “To designate the Washington Dulles International Airport in Virginia as the ‘Donald J. Trump International Airport'” — was introduced in the Republican-controlled House on Friday. The bill was immediately referred to the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, which is chaired by Missouri Republican Rep. Sam Graves.

It was dark. It was early — 6:20 A.M., in fact. Seventy miles per hour — a bit over the speed limit, yes, but nothing unusual for a rural highway at that time of day. Or an interstate at any time of day, for that matter. And there she was, suddenly in the headlights, just...standing there. It all happened so very, very fast. I swerved, desperately attempting to miss her. I failed. I hit her at an angle, but still in the head and chest. At least I can rest easy knowing that she didn’t suffer. That doe died instantly,...

VIDEOJoe Biden's denial that he issued the proclamation declaring Easter Sunday to be the Transgender Day of Visibility is basically an admission that he is a controlled puppet. That is the general consensus of people reacting to Sleepy Joe's pathetic trans day denial.

Photo courtesy of Scotch ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ PICTURES OF PRODUCTS AT LINK................... April 1 (UPI) -- Monday is April Fools' Day, and, as expected, companies and websites are marking the annual celebration of clownery with hoax name changes, fake products and other so-called "jokes." This year's most notable examples of corporate-approved comedy include a name change for Dunkin', some unappetizing new beverage flavors and a supposed translation app for stoners. Here are 10 of the top mass-market monkeyshines of...

Daily Readings from the USCCBJesus said to her, “Stop holding on to me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father. But go to my brothers and tell them, ‘I am going to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.’” John 20:17Mary of Magdala was one of the first persons to whom Jesus appeared. She was deeply devoted to Him, especially because of the great mercy He offered her when He forgave her manifest sins and expelled seven demons from her. After He had done that, Mary became a devout follower and was one of...

Protests erupted across the country against the federal carbon tax on Monday — the same day it rose by 23 per cent — while Canada's only Liberal provincial leader pressed for an emergency meeting to discuss alternative ways to cut emissions. In a letter to Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Newfoundland and Labrador Premier Andrew Furey called for an emergency meeting of leaders throughout Canada, arguing the program is too costly for his province and doesn't work as intended. Instead, Furey is urging the federal government to make "bold investments" in infrastructure and incentives akin to the U.S. Inflation Reduction Act...

With polls continuing to indicate that Trump might win the presidential election this Fall, Democrats are said to be urging President Biden to use his executive authority to try to turn the tide back in their Party's favor. Sen. Elizabeth Warren argued that "the way our Party has traditionally won elections is by putting as many voters on the federal teat as we can. Relieving students of their obligation to pay back their college loans is a good start, but it shouldn't be the last unlegislated expenditure he disburses. The Supreme Court may have ruled he lacks the authority to...

While Trump was attending Officer Jonathan Diller’s funeral, Joe Biden was at a ritzy fundraiser where people paid up to $500,000 for a seat, and Biden’s campaign raked in $26 million. That’s a huge haul for a single fundraiser. Indeed, Biden has a great deal more money than Trump, who’s also been seeing his money sucked away by the Democrats’ despotic lawfare. But sometimes things aren’t what they seem. The reality is that almost half of Biden’s money comes from a small group of elite leftist donors, while Trump is getting most of his money from huge numbers of voters.Fox...
