It’s a good thing the Sacramento City Unified School District, like just about every other district in the nation these days, has an equity department. That’s because the department is so good at battling the racism that the academic establishment says is endemic in American institutions that its students feel the need to create some. For example, in February of 2022 a black female student was found responsible for labeling school drinking fountains “colored” and “white.” To virtually no one’s surprise, before the race of the culprit was known the local NAACP and community activists had the usual paroxysms of...

Democrat prosecutors are taking "banana republic politics" to all new levels in "creating" a crime with which to charge former President Donald Trump, one that will not stand legal challenge, according to former Rep. Peter King, R-N.Y., on Newsmax. "In this case they knew who they want, which is President Trump, and then they try to find a crime," King told "Saturday Report." "They couldn't find the crime. They've created a crime. "That is absolutely bizarre." Ultimately, King suspects Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg's attempt to get Trump is being walked through merely to put "cloud" over him to impact...

The drama increases as we progress toward Easter. This Sunday’s readings are united by the themes of anointing and light. The First Reading (1 Samuel 16:1-13) recounts Samuel’s anointing of David as King over Israel. Samuel journeys to Jesse of Bethlehem, and scrutinizes each of his sons in search of God’s chosen king, but to no avail. Finally, the youngest of the eight, David, is called in from shepherding the sheep. This at last is the future king: Reading 1: 1 Samuel 16:1b, 6-7, 10-13a: The LORD said to Samuel: "Fill your horn with oil, and be on your way....

We need a President that is clear and firm with our southern neighbors. Mexico put thousands of soldiers on their border and helped implement Remain in Mexico, because if they didn’t, they knew we would put tariffs on their imports. That’s the kind of tough leadership we need! pic.twitter.com/tJ1YDM7oKW— Mike Pence (@Mike_Pence) March 18, 2023It’s an honor to join Iowans in welcoming VP @Mike_Pence and Gov. @LarryHogan to the state with the @TheBastionInst to discuss why America must be strong and lead. 🇺🇸 pic.twitter.com/d4O6uuNyYs— Joni Ernst (@joniernst) March 18, 2023

Most of us simpletons have to settle for a glass of water after a workout. But, the lucky people of Germany’s Black Forest get to reward themselves with locally-made schnapps. Nestled along its nine-mile loop through the Black Forest, the hiking route Oberkircher Brennersteig offers little schnapps fountains to thirsty hikers. They are tubs filled to the brim with bottles of schnapps in icy cold water to keep them cool. An adorable little ‘honesty box’ on the side asks for the visitors to pop some money in before they enjoy a delicious shot or two. There are even trays for...

Democrats are more focused on targeting political opponents than protecting its citizens If we are to believe the news, the district attorneys in Fulton County, Georgia and Manhattan will soon announce indictments of Donald Trump. The New York indictment looks especially imminent. Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg is hellbent on charging Mr. Trump. In fact, the New York City District Attorney’s office has been searching for any way to charge the former president since 2017. The investigation has poured over President Trump’s personal and business life. They’ve reportedly settled on charging Donald Trump for the non-crime of his attorney Michael...

Former BlackRock analyst and fund manager Edward Dowd is one of the brave few who have been trying to get the word out about dangers of COVID-19 shots. While I’ve interviewed him twice — once about the mathematical certainty of a financial collapse and a second time about his book, “Cause Unknown: The Epidemic of Sudden Deaths in 2021 and 2022,” — his information is finally getting mainstream media attention.

A gay man who lives in Washington State has been branded 'a spoiled brat' after demanding his entire family stop voting Republican and forcing his father to leave the GOP. Ryan Short, 42, was speaking to his 80-year-old father Richard, a veteran who lives in Dallas, Texas, when he discovered his dad was still a Republican. 'We were just having one of our random catch-ups and he just casually said, 'I'm still Republican,'' Short said, with his dad reaffirming his stance after Ryan pointed out what he sees as the GOP's rhetoric against LGBTQ people.

The case against Donald Trump over hush payments made to porn star Stormy Daniels in the build up to the 2016 presidential election is 'flawed', a legal scholar has said. Jonathan Turley, a criminal defense attorney and Shapiro Chair of Public Interest Law at George Washington University, said the case by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg is unlikely to succeed. Turley was responding to Trump's claim on Saturday that he'll be arrested on Tuesday next week following a long-running probe by Bragg's office into the $130,000 paid to Daniels.

The incendiary issue of transgender participation in sports returned to the fore this week after a high school girls' team won a state championship with help from a trans girl. Olympic medalists were among critics who joined the backlash to Chloe Barnes' role in Brookline High School's victory in Massachusetts. Barnes is a junior who competed under rules that allow students to 'participate in a manner consistent with their gender identity'. It's the latest flashpoint in the debate at state legislatures across America and in Congress, where Republicans propose banning trans women and girls from women's team sports. The issue...

A conservative judge who was heckled at Stanford Law School has claimed student protestors screamed that they hoped his daughters would be raped before the equity dean ambushed him in 'a staged public shaming'. Fifth Circuit Judge Stuart Kyle Duncan, 51, who was appointed by Donald Trump, was asked to give a speech at the famous law school last week about the circuit's Court of Appeals by the student chapter of the Federalist Society. However, when he arrived at the school, he was met by around 100 students yelling obscenities at him, including one protester who told him: 'We hope...

Yevgeny Prigozhin, the founder of Wagner Group, on Wednesday intensified his angry attacks on the Russian Defense Ministry, charging Kremlin officials of intentionally preventing his fighters from capturing Bakhmut out of jealousy over his military successes. The authorities’ decision to deny Wagner ammunition, according to the “Putin’s Chef” mercenary boss, has slowed the bloody campaign to capture Bakhmut in eastern Ukraine. Prigozhin claimed that the objective is clear in Putin’s mind which is that he can’t let PMC Wagner capture Bakhmut. His remarks, which he made on Wednesday during an interview with several Russian media sources, are the most recent...

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is gearing up for a run for President. But today’s silence about New York’s prosecutorial abuse against President Trump is not helping him one bit. President Trump is crushing all other candidates from either party in polls for the 2024 Presidential race. Joe Biden is a disgrace and the most hated person to ever step into the White House. And this is before the upcoming economic meltdown. President Trump is leading all GOP candidates for President and hopefuls. Many people believe Ron DeSantis should back President Trump to bring the party together. But DeSantis’s actions to...

On Saturday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “Fox & Friends,” George Washington University Law Professor and Fox News Contributor Jonathan Turley stated that the potential legal case against former President Donald Trump is significantly weaker than the John Edwards case and that he believes that if Manhattan D.A. Alvin Bragg brings charges, it would be because Bragg caved to public pressure. Turley said, “[T]he John Edwards case, that was a much stronger case, the Department of Justice went all in, and they lost, ultimately. Because these are very difficult cases to make out. Now, you take that, and now...

New York District Attorney Alvin Bragg is apparently planning to indict Donald Trump on a charge that he must know won’t stick. He dropped this very case a few months ago and is only reviving this turkey of a case because of political pressure. Andrew McCarthy, former Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, writing in the National Review, explains why Bragg cannot possibly win this case. It is based on a payment of hush money to Daniels and a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to prevent her from speaking in public. But McCarthy points out: “a tryst...

An indictment of former President Donald Trump could lead to him becoming elected President of the United States again, leading conservatives, led by filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza, have said.“If the Democrats want action, let’s have it. Time to retaliate against a gratuitous #TrumpIndictment by filing impeachment articles against President Biden. The trial provides a unique opportunity to expose the China sellout and full corruption of the #BidenCrimeFamilly,” the political commentator said.

Michael Cohen has warned that Donald Trump may be looking to stir up controversy and a "violent clash" after revealing that he expects an arrest ahead of a potential indictment. "Donald’s post is eerily similar to his battle cry prior to the January 6th insurrection; including calling for protest," Cohen told The New York Post Saturday. "By doing so, Donald is hoping to rile his base, witness another violent clash on his behalf and profit from it by soliciting contributions." Trump posted on Truth Social that he expects an arrest in Manhattan on Tuesday as the District Attorney’s Office seeks...

Former reality TV star Josh Duggar has had his 12 and a half-year prison sentence extended by almost two months, as he sits in solitary confinement for having an illegal cell phone. Duggar, 34, was arrested in April 2021 after a Little Rock police detective found images of child abuse which had been shared by a computer traced to the '19 Kids and Counting' personality. Investigators claim the images were downloaded in 2019 onto a computer at a car dealership owned by Duggar, which prompted federal agents to search Wholesale Motorcars in November 2019. Duggar pleaded not guilty to one...

Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova on Saturday indicated that lifting all anti-Russia sanctions and canceling all claims against Moscow in international judicial instances should be an intrinsic part of a peace settlement in Ukraine. -snip- "the cancellation of all illegal sanctions and lawsuits against Russia in international courts should become an integral part [of this settlement]," Zakharova said in a statement. It is noteworthy that on Friday, the International Criminal Court (ICC) issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin as well as Russia’s Children’s Rights Commissioner, Maria Lvova-Belova, on the grounds of alleged "unlawful deportation" of Ukrainian...
